wali -> generalist nerd that orbits gaming/queer circles online, pretty nondescript and more of a lurker type personality, soft spot for games like earthbound, undertale, paper mario

tyler -> popular indie games (minecraft* (*it was), terraria) + nintendo games (kirby/pokemon/loz), not really into anime or anything particularly niche

xander -> not really what i'd classify as old-guard nerd and moreso modern attention seeking twitter personality, only a passing interest in current popular videogames/shows. will cosplay for likes

brooke -> cozy games + just chatting subgenre of streaming, games a la stardew valley, into crocheting, dungeons and dragons, the kind of person who cares about houseplants and nice dice, steven universe, whatever those new shows with the "western anime" style are that look like they might be dnd but im not interested enough to look them up. sorry

allison -> 2010s era nostalgia, horror games, makes analysis videos about how the internet was back in 2012 when she was a kid e.g. warrior cats roleplay, rpgmaker games, fnaf, internet rabbit holes, convention horror stories

allison would read homestuck when she was 11 for the trolls, she barely remembers the plot now but looks back on it fondly except that one time she was 15 and at a convention and a vriska cosplayer tried to kiss her unprompted because she was cosplaying terezi
