I don't actually, I have my little Etsy where I sell certain PDF patterns- but I don't convert all my pixel art into cross-stitch - mostly because not all my pixel art is suitable (200 colours in RGB mode heh heh)
Anything that's not on my Etsy I don't mind people having a go at for personal projects, I like to see finished projects too! I usually share them here or on my Insta stories when they pop up 😊
