This is the second revision of this article. At first I thought of explaining all the minor details, but then I realized it would be very overwhelming for all kinds of audiences. Too much explanation of simple stuff bores experienced readers and too much depth could overwhelm newcomers. I decided to revise the article with more concise goal and trimmed down some bits.
