Recently noticed WordPress is having really invasive ads, with some appearing as “sponsored posts”. Since I don’t have any kind of monetization enabled, this seemed a bit excessive. I copied the content of this blog over to nicolasbrailo.github.io/blog/ – yes, in Blogspot.
Took the opportunity to also work on something I have been meaning to do for a long time: fight bit-rot and fix old code snippets and links. This blog is now 14 (!) years old, and with plenty of migrations several code snippets have been broken for a very long time (thank you, cpp’s template syntax). All content that was successfully migrated should now compile in 2021 (at least iif it compiled back when it was written).
