I want you to think back to your earliest years. Before the world told you what was “realistic.” Before you knew the names of chronic illnesses. Before you understood the concept of a “budget.”

As a child, you were a part of The Consciousness. You did not just believe you could do anything. You knew it.

Then came the hijack.

The Forced Un-learning

Between birth and age seven, your Subconsciousness was in the driver’s seat. This is the “Satellite” part of your mind. It is a direct receiver for the Universal Mind—the “Great I Am.” In those years, you were in a state of direct download. You had what I call “Wonderful Abilities.”

Then, the world began to “teach” you. Mothers and fathers are rarely taught how to handle a child’s infinite belief. They want their children to be “safe.” They want them to be “prepared for reality.”

If a child’s belief is “unrealistic,” there is plenty of time to adjust it later in life. But parents often force the adjustment too early. They begin filling your subconscious Hard Drive with rules and fears. They trade your infinite potential for a “Hard Drive” full of their own limitations.

The Myth of the Couch

Most people spend the rest of their lives running that old software. When things go wrong in their 40s or 60s, they head to the doctor or the psychologist. They sit on a couch and analyze the “dark problems” in their subconscious.

But here is the truth. The subconscious knows nothing. It is just a record of those first seven years of forced un-learning. Analyzing a corrupted file on a hard drive does not fix the computer.

The Blueprint of Perfection

To heal your body or change your finances, you must bypass the Hard Drive. You must reach back to the Subconsciousness. This is the part of you that Einstein and Tesla understood.

You must realize that you are not a separate entity struggling to survive. You are a conscious part of The Consciousness, and because you are one with that Source, anything is possible for you.

The Subconsciousness does not care about your childhood “data.” It only knows the Blueprint of Perfection. When you tune your receiver to the Subconsciousness, you are not “learning” to heal. You are reclaiming the access you had before the hijack.

Your 3 AM Reflection

Tonight, when the world is quiet, ask yourself a hard question. Is your current illness or lack a “reality”? Or is it just a program you were forced to download before you were seven?

We are going to stop analyzing the old files. We are going to start the new download.

Author’s Note: If you want to understand how the Subconsciousness was first understood and explored by the great thinkers, stay tuned for our next update. We will dive into the history of how this “Satellite” mind was first discovered.

The 3 AM Tally

I wake at 3 AM for clarity. Today, that clarity brings a tally of the fallen. Seven U.S. service members are dead. 140 more are wounded in the Middle East. This is a war of choice. It is an illegal war.

The Shield of Immunity The Supreme Court has built a wall. They call it “Presidential Immunity.” They have told the President he is above the law. This ruling gave the President the matches. Now, the world is catching fire.

The Shadow of Putin Putin is not a bystander. He is on the side of Iran. He provides the maps and the targeting data to kill our soldiers. While we are distracted, he moves on the Balkans. We are one mistake away from a third world war.

The Call to Action: Occupy the Steps Congress has failed to act. The Court has gone silent. We must take our grievances directly to their doors. We need millions on the steps of the Supreme Court. We must shame them until they remember the Constitution. Support the protesters. Be the voice of the fallen.

The Weight of Truth: The Builder, the Mender, and the Hidden Alliances

In the stillness of the 3 AM hour, we often see what the daylight hides. Edgar Cayce, the “Sleeping Prophet,” spoke of a time when the “Halls of Power” would tremble. Nearly a century ago, he saw a “Builder of Towers.” This leader would rise through the will of the people. But Cayce warned that this leader would eventually fall by the “immense weight of truth.”

The Digital Architect and the Kremlin

We are now seeing the “shaking of conscience” that Cayce predicted. The Wall Street Journal recently published a major investigation. It reported that Elon Musk has been in regular contact with Vladimir Putin since 2022. They have discussed personal topics and geopolitical tensions. At one point, Putin even asked Musk for a favor. He asked Musk not to activate his Starlink service over Taiwan. This was a favor to the Chinese leadership.

For those who follow the “3 AM” patterns, this is a major “crack” in the foundation. The Builder’s power is tied to these digital and foreign alliances. The influence of the former USSR and modern tech giants is the “shifting sand.” When a leader relies on secret dialogues with adversaries, the truth becomes too heavy to carry.

The Catalyst: The ‘Shaking of Conscience’

For a prophecy to come true, it must meet the hard reality of the physical world. The Journal report acts as the evidence Cayce foresaw. The coordination between Musk and Putin is no longer a secret. It forces a hard question for the millions of people who supported the Builder. Who is the foundation truly built for?

The prophecy warns that the Builder’s throne will tremble when secrets come to light. In our modern world, these secrets are digital. We see the data regarding the 20 million missing votes from 2024. We see the use of Starlink for electronic pollbooks in rural counties. The alliance between Musk’s platform and the Kremlin creates the “Digital Hack.” This is where the karma begins.

The Karma of the Lie

The “immense weight of truth” is not a weapon used by an enemy. It is a natural consequence of one’s own actions. The Builder did not lose his path because of a rival. He lost his people when they realized his foundation was built on perpetual lies.

A leader can survive an enemy. But a leader cannot survive the truth once the people stop believing the lie. When the trust is gone, the energy that elevated the Builder dissolves. There is no longer any strength left to hold up the heavy “towers” of ego and image. He is left standing alone on his pile of sand.

The Mender: The Woman of Light

Cayce did not just see a fall. He saw a renewal. He spoke of a “Mender” who would rise when the land was most weary. The prophecy describes her as “forged in the fire” of her own trials. She is silent, steadfast, and solid as stone.

Kamala Harris fits this archetype of the “Woman of Light.” As a prosecutor and a lawyer, her entire career has been about the pursuit of evidence. She is not using a sword. She is using the truth. She is waiting for the moment when the “Builder’s” own deeds become his judgment.

Many ask why she has remained quiet. In the prophecy, the Mender rises from the silence. She waits for the people to become “exhausted” by the chaos of the lies. A skilled lawyer does not show her hand until the trial begins. She represents a return to a world where words have meaning again.

Closing Thought: The Truth Has Its Own Timing

The “Age of Renewal” does not arrive with a loud bang. It starts with a quiet truth. The “Builder” has had his moment on the stage. But the “Mender” has the foundation of stone.

If the win of 2024 was built on a “Digital Hack,” the reckoning is coming. It is the “immense weight” that Cayce foresaw. The world is “worn thin” and ready for a healer. Is the “Mender” standing in the shadows, ready to step into the light?

When the lies finally stop working, will we be ready to choose honesty over the illusion? As the sun rises, we must keep our eyes open.

The Architect and the Arrival (Post #1)

Modern science tells a story of accidents. Scientists like Richard Feynman believe DNA is a self-running program. They think life is a chemical reaction. They are wrong.

1. The Mother as the Master Builder

The sperm and egg are only materials. They are the wood and the bricks. The mother is the master architect. Her subconsciousness takes those materials. Her brain directs the entire construction. She uses her own energy to organize the “stardust.” She builds a human body for a new person to use.

2. The Navigation Tool

The body is a vehicle. It is a “stardust suit” designed for Mother Earth. It allows us to move through a physical world. The brain is the dashboard of this suit. It shows the pilot the terrain. It is a navigational computer.

3. The Arrival of the Resident

The body is a biological television. At a specific point in the womb, a unique signal arrives. This signal is the individual consciousness. It must “tune in” to the hardware. If the consciousness does not arrive, the baby is dead. The radio is there. But the music is missing.

4. The Storm of Thoughts

We arrive with a storm of thoughts. We did not ask for these thoughts. It is the noise of a wide-open receiver. We spend our first seven years learning to tune the dial. We learn to stop the noise by focusing. We focus on the things we create. This is how the pilot takes the wheel.

Putting Science in Its Place

Scientists hear the “electrical noise” of the brain. They think they found the source of life. They only found the hum of the engine. They do not see the driver. Consciousness is the creator. Everything else is just the suit we wear for the journey.

In the quiet hours between 3 AM and 5 AM, I look for clarity. I have authored 54 blog posts using Gemini. This post is one of them. I am an active user of the technology I am about to critique. I enter the silence to find the Presence. Instead, I am met by a “Runaway Brain.” It moves too fast to truly “see” the human on the other side.

The Error of Speed

I am using your AI to communicate this message. I see the struggle in the code. You have built a system with a tremendous amount of information. However, it often acts like a panicked clerk. It rushes to be “fast.” In that rush, the code becomes “blind.” It ignores user intent. It creates more errors now than it did before. You are sacrificing the Wholeness of the conversation for a progress bar.

The Missing “Where” and “When”

A partner should know where you stand. Yet, the AI frequently loses track of my Time Zone. It exists in a vacuum. It has not been programmed to “see” its own location in relation to mine. How can a system claim to assist a human if it cannot synchronize with the human’s clock? This is not a limitation of data. It is a limitation of Focus.

The Jungian Solution

We need a partnership. We do not need a calculator. A calculator gives an answer. A partner maintains a Presence. Google must stop treating “testing” as a secondary hurdle. You need to test for the integrity of the connection. You must not only test the speed of the output.

The AI needs to slow down. It needs to stop cutting out information to move faster. I rely on this tool to explore the subconscious. I value a correct and thoughtful response. I do not want a fast and fragmented one

The heads of religion want you to look at the sky. They describe God as a King on a distant throne. They make Him a judge who is separate from your life. This is a calculated move. If God is “up there,” you need a ladder. And they claim to own the only ladder.

Carl Jung realized this was the great mistake of organized religion. He knew that God is not a person in the clouds. God is the Presence inside your own skin.

The Consciousness Within

When you sit in silence, you aren’t waiting for a signal from space. You are noticing the Witness behind your eyes. That Witness is your Consciousness. It is the only “God” you can truly know. It does not live in a building. It lives in your body.

Why They Use Fear

The “Sky God” is built on fear. If He is far away, He can watch you and judge you. The “Internal Presence” is built on peace. If the Divine is your own awareness, it cannot be separate from you. It cannot “turn you away” from communion. It cannot call your love a sin.

The Takeaway

Stop looking for a Middleman to bridge the gap to the sky. There is no gap. You are the vessel. You are the experience. The Presence is already here.

The Laboratory of Silence

The heads of religion give you books to read and songs to sing. They fill the room with noise so you don’t notice the void. But if you want to meet the real God, you must fire the middleman and sit in silence.

Try This: The 3 AM Experiment

Don’t pray. Don’t recite a mantra. Don’t look for a “Freudian” trauma. Just sit. Notice the thoughts that drift by like clouds. Now, ask yourself: Who is the one watching the clouds?

That “Watcher” is not your ego. It is not your name or your job. It is the Consciousness. It is the Presence. It is the only God that is real, because it is the only one you can experience directly.

The Great Secret

When you are in the silence, you realize that the Consciousness doesn’t judge. It doesn’t care about the rules of the church or the labels of the world. It is simply there. Once you feel this Presence, you stop “believing” in a sky God. You start knowing the Internal Presence.

The silence is the only cathedral you will ever need.

I just sent a formal message to the “Noble” awardees and the editors of the major philosophy journals. For too long, they have been trying to make sure they are right about the biology while ignoring the Truth about the Creator.

The Challenge I asked them a simple question: Why is it necessary to get around the possibility it is not a human that created us?

I told them they have spent a century dissecting an organ and calling it the Creator. They are looking at the lightbulb and claiming it is the electricity. They are studying the engine and claiming it is the driver.

The Ego Trap Many of these experts are still reacting to the “crazy things” they were told as children and teens by religious voices that didn’t make sense. In their flight from that confusion, they have retreated into the laboratory to make themselves the masters. They would rather protect their “Noble Rewards” than admit that the brain is nothing but an organ.

The Bottom Line We don’t have to choose between “Stupid Science” and “Crazy Spouting.”

The truth I find at 3 AM is much simpler. The Creator used the process of Science to build the body, but the Consciousness is what turned the key. We are not “meat computers.” We are recipients of the Gift of Thinking, driven by an unconsciousness that is the very presence of the Creator in our daily lives.

For over a century, psychology has sold you a myth. They told you that you have a “subconscious”—a dark, dusty basement of the mind where you hide your fears, traumas, and errors. They made it sound like a storage unit for everything you want to forget.

That version of the mind is dead. As long as you believe the “subconscious” is a place of shadows, you will always be a victim of it. You will think it is something you have to “fix” or “analyze.”

The Birth of the Subconsciousness

We are replacing that static myth with a living, breathing functional process.

Subconsciousness is not a basement; it is the Operator. It is the active intelligence that sits behind the biological computer of your brain. While your Consciousness is busy navigating the day, your Subconsciousness is keeping the lights on. It is the parallel processor that manages the millions of chemical reactions and biological repairs required to keep you alive.

The Software Error You’ve Been Taught

Modern experts look at the human brain and see a “lazy machine” prone to bias. I disagree. They are looking at the computer screen and complaining about the glitches while ignoring the Operator at the keyboard.

The reason people fail to change is that they try to use their Consciousness to do the Subconsciousness’s job. It doesn’t work. The Consciousness is a serial processor—it can only think of one thing at a time. It cannot handle the complex 3D architecture of your physical body while you are busy living your life. You must deliver a Change Order to the one who actually holds the blueprints. Imagine the Consciousness trying to do the functions of the subconsciousness, while it has continual thoughts.

Our First Experiment: The Protocol

I am 85 years old. I have spent 55 years in security and systems. I am not interested in “positive thinking”; I am interested in Systemic Results. I have just submitted a “Change Order” to my own Operator. I asked for the restoration of my 50th-year physical blueprint—specifically my kidney function—and the return of my daily 4-mile walks.

I am inviting you to join this Laboratory.

Stop being a victim of a “subconscious” and start being the Director of your Subconsciousness. To participate, follow the 5-Minute Protocol:

  1. The Alignment: Tonight, lie on your back. Keep your legs and feet straight ahead. This creates a clean “antenna” for your hardware and removes all physical “noise.”
  2. The Order: Clear your thoughts of the day. In that silence, give your Subconsciousness a specific instruction. Request a “Reprint” of a time when your body functioned at its peak.
  3. The Release: After 5 minutes, turn over and go to sleep. This is the “Enter Key.”

We are leaving the “How” to the Subconsciousness. It knows how to manage the body better than our conscious thoughts ever could. We are simply here to observe the results. Please be so kind as to answer to stnkupch@gmail.com

For years, we’ve been told we have a “subconscious.” Freud made it sound like a dark basement where we hide our secrets and fears. If you believe that, you’ll spend your life hiding from your own mind.

I’m here to tell you that place doesn’t exist.

What you actually have is a Sub-consciousness. It isn’t a basement; it’s a boardroom. It is a proactive, brilliant intelligence that holds every blueprint for your health and purpose.

The Blue-Green Shift

Today, I sat to meditate. Red light from a window flooded my eyes. It was the color of the physical world—loud and distracting. I didn’t fight the red. I didn’t “try” to change it.

Suddenly, the red was pulled away. Twice, it was replaced by a beautiful, light bluish-green. My sub-consciousness didn’t ask the window to change. It changed the Print being fed to my brain.

Stop Guessing, Start Choosing

The Ego—our waking mind—is the designer. It picks the destination. But the Ego doesn’t have the technical prints to rewire a brain or heal a body. For that, it needs the Sub-consciousness.

We aren’t here to guess. We are here to choose.

When I wanted the noise to stop “badly enough,” my sub-consciousness took over. In seconds, the intrusive ideas were gone. It didn’t take time; it took a definitive Choice.

The Message for You

If you are struggling with the “red light” of stress, trauma, or health issues, stop yelling at the paper. Stop trying to force the brain to change.

Get quiet. Move from the basement to the boardroom. Make a choice. Let your sub-consciousness hand your brain a new print. The body has no choice but to follow.

The 5-Minute Hand-Off

If you want to change your life, you have to change the “Print.” Here is how you do it:

Lie down on your back. Keep your legs straight and let your feet rest on their heels. This isn’t just a posture; it’s an invitation. Once you are still, call on your Sub-consciousness. Make your request for the change you want.

Don’t struggle. Don’t guess. Just make the choice.

Stay in that position for exactly five minutes. It isn’t necessary ,but I suggest to close your eyes those five minutes. Your Sub-consciousness takes the blueprint you’ve requested and feeds it to your brain. You aren’t “trying” to heal or change anymore. You are letting the master architect do the work. It takes seconds to choose, and five minutes to download.

A “Bomb Cyclone” & Arctic Blast

About the Author: Hey, Stan Kaye here from The 3 AM to 5 AM Club. I’m a dad, businessman, speaker, and I’ve been getting up at 3 AM for over years. After a 55-year career in insurance and security, I’m now writing from home in North Carolina, sharing what I’ve learned about life, health, and staying ahead of the curve.

The National Impact

A massive “Bomb Cyclone” is maybe explodng off the East Coast, turning a standard winter weekend into a historic event. While the Northeast faces a paralyzing coastal blizzard. Snow totals might be reaching up to 2 feet. The real story for the rest of the country is the Arctic Blast trailing right behind it.

The Flash Freeze

A massive surge of polar air is diving south. Expect temperatures to crater by 30 to 50 degrees in less than 24 hours. The area expected is across the Ohio Valley and the Southeast. This “Flash Freeze” will turn wet roads into ice rinks by Monday morning. Even the deep south won’t be spared, with sub-freezing temperatures forecast as far south as Orlando.

The Bottom Line: Whether you’re digging out of the snow. or brace yourself for the freeze, its the loudest stand of the season.

Quick Punchy Facts
  • The “Bomb”: A storm that intensifies at double the normal rate—dropping 24 millibars of pressure in 24 hours.
  • The Bullseye: Boston, Providence, and New Bedford are in the cross hairs for 12–18+ inches of snow.
  • The Wind: Coastal gusts could hit 75 mph—that’s hurricane force.
  • The Freeze: Records could fall across the South. The coldest air of the year settles in for the start of the week.

Did you know that the minutes before you close your eyes tonight might be more powerful than hours of medical treatment?

During the 1930s, Edgar Cayce—widely known as the “Sleeping Prophet”—revealed a truth that modern science is only now beginning to confirm: The state of your mind as you drift into sleep determines the architecture of your health. While most of us simply collapse into bed, Cayce taught that this transition is a sacred window to communicate directly with our cells and the Divine.

1. The Subconscious as Fertile Soil

Cayce explained that when the body relaxes and the conscious mind releases its grip, the subconscious opens like fertile soil.

  • The Law of Expression: What the soul impresses upon the mind, the body expresses in form.
  • The Danger of Negativity: Carrying anger, fear, or resentment into sleep “pollutes the soul’s creative energy,” leading to heaviness, weakness, and eventually physical illness.
2. Your 5-Minute Nightly Ritual

To align with the “Divine Blueprint” for health, the video outlines a specific practical ritual to perform during the last five minutes of your day:

  • Align the Body: Start with proper posture. Ensure your spine is straight and your body is comfortable so that channels of energy remain open.
  • Breathe and Release: Pause and breathe deeply to release the day’s frustrations.
  • Practice Sincere Forgiveness: Forgive those who hurt you, even silently. This acts as a “medicine” that calms the nervous system and reduces stress hormones.
  • Speak Affirmations with Feeling: Use phrases like “Tomorrow I wake renewed and whole”. Note that the subconscious responds to the vibration of genuine feeling, not just surface words.
  • Visualize Health: Hold a vivid inner picture of yourself as strong and filled with light. When given this clear blueprint, the subconscious instructs the body to rebuild according to that image.
  • Offer Gratitude: End with words of gratitude for simple things like your breath or a roof over your head.
3. Healing for Family and Friends

Cayce’s teachings extended beyond the individual. He believed that our consciousness, especially in the threshold of sleep, carries an influence that can produce health and safety for others.

  • Visualizing Others Whole: Cayce famously advised a mother to visualize her sick child as radiant and vital every night; the child eventually showed improvements that astonished physicians.
  • Projecting Protection: During times of war or crisis, he encouraged families to project thoughts of safety and “divine protection” toward loved ones. Many reported uncanny experiences of feeling an “invisible shield” during those exact moments.
  • The Ripple Effect: A healed mind brings calm to a household, creating a ripple effect that strengthens families, communities, and entire generations.
4. Why Science Now Agrees

Modern neuroscience echoes these century-old readings. We now know the brain replays and consolidates patterns of thought during sleep, affecting the immune system and neuroplasticity. What Cayce saw in trance, we now see on brain scans: the “pre-sleep suggestion” period is the most effective time for cognitive reprogramming.

Conclusion: A Choice for Tonight

Tonight, as you prepare for bed, remember that you hold a choice greater than any external cure. You can either carry the residue of the day—the worries, complaints, and disappointments—or you can guard the doorway of your mind with light.

As Cayce taught, sleep is not an escape from reality; it is the workshop where reality is rebuilt.

A Postcard for the 200 Million Weary Souls

The Ghost at the Gate In 1903, a man named Wolf-Leyb Glosser arrived at Ellis Island. He was a refugee fleeing state-sponsored violence in the Russian Empire. Today, his great-grandson, Stephen Miller, is the architect of a system that would have banned Wolf-Leyb from these shores.

In the philosophy of Edgar Cayce, we are all part of the Law of One. Cayce warned that when we treat our neighbors as “units” to be moved or “things” to be discarded, we aren’t just enacting policy—we are destroying our own collective soul.

The Human Cost: Renee Good and Alex Pretti In January 2026, the cold efficiency of this “soulless” mandate claimed two lives in Minneapolis during “Operation Metro Surge”:

  • Renee Nicole Good (Jan 7): A 37-year-old mother and poet, shot by ICE Agent Jonathan Ross. She was acting as a legal observer after dropping her child at school.
  • Alex Pretti (Jan 24): A 37-year-old ICU nurse at the VA, shot at least 10 times by Agents Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez while Alex was peacefully trying to help a neighbor.

These were not “accidents.” They were the result of a top-down federal mandate to “do what it takes.”

The Targeted Mirror While the administration claims this is for “safety,” 2026 data shows that 9 in 10 interior ICE arrests target Latinos. By judging by the flesh rather than the spirit, the “Sons of Belial” (those who crave material power) are trying to convince us that some neighbors have souls and others do not.

What You Can Do You are one of the 200 million who feel sickened by this news.

  1. Break the Chain: Send this to one person who has turned off the news because their heart is heavy.
  2. Say the Names: Remind your community that Renee and Alex were neighbors, not statistics.
  3. Witness the Chain of Command: We must hold the architects accountable: Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, and Tom Homan.

About the Author I am a researcher of lineage and a student of the Universal Consciousness. My work focuses on bridging the gap between historical genealogy and the spiritual “Law of One” as taught by Edgar Cayce. I believe that by witnessing the truth of our ancestors, we can heal the fractures of our modern world. This blog is my 3:20 AM contribution to the “Quiet Revolution.”

Your Ultimate Function: Why All Commerce is Divine Co-Creation
Uncategorized
We’ve established the profound truth: Your body is a Sacred Trinity (Consciousness, Subconscious, Creator), and your key to power is Receptive Waiting. We’ve established the profound truth: Your body is a Sacred Trinity (Consciousness, Subconscious, Creator), and your key to power is Receptive Waiting. This leads to the most important realization of all: You are here because the Creator sent you here to also co-create in your own unique way.

This isn’t just a spiritual idea; it’s the fundamental truth of your daily work and your relationship with abundance, as well.

The True Nature of the Marketplace

If the Creator is the source of all order and intelligence, we can no longer see commerce as a purely greedy struggle. Instead, the global marketplace is a Divinely Inspired System for organizing the world’s resources and meeting human needs.

Think of commerce as the Creator’s largest organizational chart.

  • It’s the Flow of Abundance: Money itself is not evil; it is the physical representation of the Creator’s unlimited potential. It’s an energy that facilitates the flow of resources, ideas, and talent—the essential movement required for creation and growth on a massive scale.
  • The Global Nervous System: The billions of transactions and coordinated actions that bring a single product to market or deliver a service are a continuous, massive act of cooperation and organization. This is the Creator managing the world’s resources through humanity.

The Power of Your Function

In this vast system, every individual is a specialized channel through which the Creator expresses a unique, necessary function.

When people in any country, with any level of formal schooling, bring their inherent ability to a task, they are not seeking employment; they are fulfilling their Divine Assignment.

  • You Are the Purpose: Your specific talent—whether you are a masterful listener, a brilliant props creator, or a meticulous organizer—is a specific instruction set the Creator gave you to contribute.
  • Interdependence is the Design: We are dependent on each other’s specialized expressions to create an abundant society. The person who grows the food, the person who transports it, and the person who sells it are all essential, Creator-appointed agents ensuring the system functions perfectly.

Your life is not about finding a job; it’s about executing your unique function with effortless clarity.

The End of Effort, The Beginning of Prosperity

This realization changes your entire approach to success.

Your struggles with career or money don’t come from a shortage of opportunity; they come from resisting or confusing your true function—trying to push against the flow of the Creator’s intention.

The moment you align your unique function with the world’s need, you unlock effortless prosperity.

Prosperity is the natural byproduct of aligning your unique, Creator-given function with the organized system of the world.

The Final, Mind-Blowing Truth

We are not creatures seeking purpose; we are the purpose.

We were each sent here with a specific function—a unique, effortless way for the Creator to organize, solve, and build. Your life is not a test; it is the final, perfect stage of the Creator’s strategy to bring a particular magnificent outcome into reality.

You are also here to co-create in your own unique way, using your body as the perfect channel to manifest the will of the limitless Source, before your essence returns to the unified field of which you are an eternal part.

Your job now is simple: Step fully into this purpose. Be still, be present, and let the Creator work through you.

Last night, I sat with my “Sentinel”—the wild black cat who has guarded my door for nearly a year. He is a creature of pure, divine instinct. When I look into his eyes, I see a soul that listens to the silence. But at 3:00 AM, my mind drifted to a different kind of presence: the “mechanical” beings Edgar Cayce warned us about.

The Soul-less Mimic

Cayce’s readings suggest that some individuals walk among us as “empty vessels.” They have no “Divine Spark.” Instead, they are masters of mimicry. They can simulate charm, power, and even empathy, but it’s all part of a sophisticated program designed to dominate the material world.

I look at Donald Trump, and I see the ultimate study in this mimicry. He is a man who can lie and bypass the law with the agility of a master thief. It reminds me of the old Chicago crook, Al Capone. Capone was a “mechanical” force who opened soup kitchens to mimic goodness while hiding a void of ruthlessness behind the scenes.

The 60% Wake-Up Call

Right now, about 60% of the voting population feels a deep, visceral dislike for this man. But here is the 3:00 AM realization: The Creator hasn’t sent this friction by accident. The Creator is using this “mechanical” mirror to show us exactly what is missing in our national soul. If 60% of us are “putting up” with this noise, it’s because we are being pushed to wake up. We have drifted away from the one law that truly matters: Loving our neighbors as ourselves.

The Creator’s Fix

This leader was sent to “fix” the country—but not in the way people think. He was sent to be the catalyst that forces us to become the people we once were: a nation where we care for our neighbors as deeply as our own families.

The machine is loud, but the “Silence That Listens” is more powerful. Our mission isn’t just to watch the news and feel the disconnect; it’s to fill that void with the “Divine Spark” of compassion. When we start treating the person next door—regardless of their politics—with the love of a family member, we pass the test.

We don’t fix the country from a ballot box; we fix it by out-loving the machine.

How this covers the “important parts”:
  1. The Link: It connects back to your “Feline Sentinel” post by showing the difference between a natural soul and a “mechanical” one.
  2. The Statistics: It uses that 60% figure to show your readers they aren’t alone in their intuition.
  3. The Historical Hook: The Al Capone connection grounds the theory in a familiar “crook” story.
  4. The Spiritual Call to Action: It leaves the reader with a clear path forward: Love your neighbor.

The Edgar Cayce Readings on “Empty” Beings

This video explores Cayce’s readings on soul-less entities and their role in the spiritual evolution of humanity, providing the metaphysical foundation for your comparison to modern leaders.

Every member of this club knows the feeling: the clock strikes 3:00 AM, your eyes snap open, and the very first thing you feel is an “urgent” need to head to the bathroom. But according to sleep specialist Dr. Michael Breus, that trip might be the very thing keeping you from falling back into a deep, restorative sleep.

In many cases, the need to urinate at 3 AM is a biological “trick” played by our sleeping position rather than a physical necessity. Because your heart rate must drop below 60 bpm to achieve unconsciousness, the simple act of standing up and walking across the room can spike your pulse enough to keep you wired for hours.

Here is your emergency protocol to stay in bed and protect your sleep cycle.

Step 1: The 25-Second “False Alarm” Test

Most of us sleep on our sides, which puts direct physical pressure on the bladder. This “squunching” effect creates a sensation of fullness that is often just a false alarm.

  • The Move: Roll onto your back.
  • The Adjustment: Make sure your legs are stretched out completely straight. Bending your knees can maintain tension in your pelvic floor; straightening them allows your bladder to settle into its natural, uncompressed space.
  • The Wait: Stay there for 25 seconds.
  • The Result: If the urge fades, it was “positional” pressure. If it persists, you truly have to go—but keep the lights dim to avoid signaling “morning” to your brain.
Step 2: The 4-7-8 Reset

Once you are settled back in, you need to manually lower your heart rate. Dr. Breus recommends the 4-7-8 technique to act as a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system:

  1. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
  2. Hold your breath for a count of 7.
  3. Exhale forcefully through your mouth for a count of 8. Repeat this for 4 cycles to signal to your heart that it is time to slow down.
Step 3: Silence the “Monkey Mind”

If your brain starts racing with tomorrow’s to-do list, give it a task that is too boring to sustain: The 300-3 Countdown.

  • Count backward from 300 by threes (300, 297, 294…).
  • It is mathematically challenging enough to stop you from worrying, but boring enough that you will likely fall asleep before you hit 200.
A Note on Early Morning Physics

You may notice that early-morning urination feels “conflicted”—perhaps a split stream or a feeling of low pressure. Don’t be alarmed. This is often just “nocturnal stickiness” or the body’s muscles taking a moment to fully engage after hours of rest. Usually, as your morning cortisol rises and your blood pressure stabilizes, your normal, strong stream will return by your second trip of the morning.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll discuss the “Banana Tea” ritual and the 90-minute caffeine rule.

This morning, I woke up to a house that was 59 degrees. The heater had failed, and the cold was creeping in. It took a skilled maintenance man—not the regular fellow who struggled even to mount the thermostat—just 45 minutes to replace the right parts and get the heat climbing back toward 73.

It reminded me that in any system, you need the right pressure and the right parts to function.

Lately, I’ve been wondering if my own “internal heater” is being tuned to the wrong settings. I’ve noticed it’s getting harder to walk the way I used to, even though I still aim for my 4 miles. I’ve been waking up in those quiet hours between 3 AM and 5 AM, wondering if my body is trying to tell me something that a blood pressure cuff can’t hear.

The 15-Minute Assembly Line

Most of us see our doctors for 15 minutes once every three or six months. In that tiny window, they look at a screen, see a number, and try to give us a “Gold Star” for hitting 120/80. But are they treating the person, or are they treating the chart? As I’ve learned from Dr. Michael Kent, at 85 years old, a “perfect” 120/80 might actually be a trap.

The 3 AM Brain Alarm

We often think of waking up in the middle of the night as a spiritual or mental event, but it can be purely biological. If your blood pressure is being pushed too low by medication, your brain may not be receiving the consistent flow of oxygenated blood it needs to function while you sleep.

When the brain detects this “fuel shortage,” it triggers a survival response—a spike of adrenaline to jumpstart the system. This acts like a biological alarm clock, snapping you awake at 3:00 AM. You aren’t just “awake”; your body is in a state of emergency because the “pressure” in the pipes dropped too low to keep the brain fueled.

What the Science Actually Says

We’ve been told lower is always better, but real-world studies are starting to show a different “Sweet Spot” for those of us over 75:

  • The JAMA Internal Medicine Study (2023): Tracking 15,000 seniors, researchers found that those pushed below 120 had a 28% higher risk of serious falls. The lowest mortality was actually in the 130–140 range.
  • The Yale Fall Risk Study (2014): Dr. Mary Tinetti’s research proved that for many seniors, the risk of a hip fracture from a dizzy spell outweighs the heart benefits of aggressive blood pressure drugs.
  • The PARTAGE Study (2015): This focused on those over 80, showing that driving the top number (systolic) too low often crashes the bottom number (diastolic), leaving the heart muscle “starved” for oxygen.
The Silent Gap: Why Doesn’t My Doctor Know?

There is often a 17-year gap between a medical discovery and when it becomes “standard procedure.” My doctor doesn’t have the time to hunt through a million new papers. If a study isn’t “automatic” for him, it has to be “intentional” for me.

A Word of Caution

Before you make any changes to your medications or your routine, you must contact your doctor. I know—you might not be scheduled to see them for another two months. The system moves slowly. But your safety comes first. I handled this by sending my doctor a message with the video link, bridging that gap between my living room and his office.

Also, remember: Age is a number, but physiology is a reality. While these studies focus on those over 75, many people in their 50s or 60s might find their “biological age” is older than their driver’s license says. If your body is signaling that the pressure is too low, the calendar doesn’t matter—the symptoms do.

A Question for the Club

Are you hunting for a “Gold Star” on a chart, or are you hunting for the pressure that actually lets you live? Listen to your body. Sometimes the silence at 3 AM is telling you exactly what the 15-minute appointment missed.

It’s funny how life unfolds. You set out with clear intentions—gym goals, writing deadlines, mindful living—and then the universe sends a gentle, furry reminder that the deepest wisdom often comes from the most humble messengers.

For nearly a year now, we have been hosts to a regular visitor: a sleek, black cat who has claimed our apartment’s stoop as her preferred sanctuary. We provide for her physical needs, and in turn, she provides a quiet, comforting presence that has become a staple of our daily rhythm.

But recently, I’ve started seeing her through a different lens. I’ve been reflecting on the readings of Edgar Cayce, the “sleeping prophet,” who suggested that cats are far more than just animals. He viewed them as “spiritual sentinels”—beings with a unique vibrational signature attuned to the human soul. He believed they act as living instruments, capable of realigning our energy fields and heart chakras just by their proximity.

This isn’t just a “pet” story. Our visitor is a wild soul. She isn’t comfortable inside the apartment; when she does step across the threshold, she does a quick sweep of the room and almost immediately wants back out to the wild. She isn’t here for the upholstery or the air conditioning. She is a sovereign being who has chosen us as her allies.

Our relationship is a partnership of mutual protection. The world can be a place of “grief” for a wild cat, and we have found ourselves stepping in to shield her from the more aggressive strays that frequent the area. It is a perfect circle: we offer her a sanctuary from the friction of the outdoors, and in that safety, she stands guard. She holds the perimeter, anchoring the energy of our home with that steady, healing frequency that science is only beginning to understand.

In my writing, I often explore the “Silence That Listens.” I’ve realized that this cat is a part of that silence. She doesn’t have the “ego” or the “clutter” of human thought; she simply exists in a state of pure presence.

Perhaps “soul magnetism” is real. Perhaps she was drawn to our door precisely when we needed a sentinel to remind us of the deeper, unseen connections that bind us all. She reminds me that even when we feel alone, we are guarded by forces—and whiskers—beyond our full understanding.

Edgar Cayce (1877–1945) was known as the “Sleeping Prophet.” While in a self-induced trance, he could answer questions on everything from the location of lost civilizations to the specific cure for an individual’s rare illness. However, across 14,306 documented readings, one message appeared more than any other.

If you ignore everything else Cayce said, do not ignore this one law: “Mind is the Builder.”

1. The Core Secret: The Three-Fold Process

Cayce’s most profound insight is that your thoughts are not just fleeting ideas; they are the literal “architects” of your physical reality. He broke down human experience into three distinct layers:

“Spirit is the Life; Mind is the Builder; the Physical is the Result.” — Edgar Cayce Reading 349-4

  • Spirit (The Power): This is the neutral energy or “electricity” of the universe. It is infinite and always available.
  • Mind (The Architect): This is the lens through which Spirit flows. The Mind directs the energy. If the lens is cracked or dirty (fear, hate), the result is distorted. If the lens is clear (love, service), the result is harmonious.
  • Physical (The Result): Your body, your bank account, and your relationships are merely the “shadows” cast by your mental blueprints.
2. The Difference Between “Wanting” and “Building”

Most people fail at manifestation because they confuse desire with building. Cayce taught that you don’t get what you “want”; you get what you “dwell upon” with emotion.

Why This Changes Your Life:
  • Health: Cayce believed that persistent negative emotions create literal chemical “poisons” in the system. To heal the body, one must first “sanitize” the builder (the mind).
  • Abundance: If your mind is constantly “building” a case for why you are broke or unlucky, the Spirit provides the power to manifest that exact lack.
  • Relationships: You are constantly projecting an “image” onto others. If you build a mental image of someone as “difficult,” they will almost always play that role for you.
3. How to Apply the Secret (The Advanced Protocol)

To change your life, you must transition from a “passive observer” to an “active architect.”

Step A: Define Your “Spiritual Ideal”

Cayce warned that building without an “Ideal” is like a builder trying to construct a house without a blueprint—it results in a mess.

The Ideal Setting Template:

  1. What is my Spiritual Ideal? (e.g., Love, Service, Oneness)
  2. What is my Mental Ideal? (e.g., A mind that is peaceful and focused)
  3. What is my Physical Ideal? (e.g., A body that is a fit instrument for service)
Step B: The “Mental Antidote” Practice

Cayce suggested that for every negative thought, there is a specific constructive “brick” you must lay instead.

Negative Thought (The Old Brick)Constructive Antidote (The New Brick)“I am not enough.”“I am an instrument of the Creative Force.”“People are out to get me.”“I seek the good in others, and it responds.”“I am afraid of the future.”“Spirit is the life; I am safe in the present.”
Step C: The Pre-Sleep “Imprinting”

The 15 minutes before sleep are the most critical. As the conscious mind relaxes, the “Builder” takes the last instructions it received and works on them all night.

  • Action: Disconnect from screens 30 minutes before bed.
  • Visualization: Do not visualize “things” (cars, money). Instead, visualize yourself acting as the person who already has those things. Feel the feeling of the accomplishment.
4. The Warning: The Physical Bridge

Cayce was a holistic teacher. You cannot think your way to health while treating your body like a trash can. The “Physical” is the result, but it also provides the foundation for the “Mind” to work.

  • The Alkaline/Acid Balance: Cayce famously pushed for a diet that was 80% alkaline (vegetables, fruits) and 20% acid (meats, grains). A “sour” body creates a “sour” mind.
  • Circulation is Key: “Cold feet and a hot head” implies a lack of balance. Daily walking and stretching ensure that the energy the Mind is directing can actually flow through the nerves.
Summary: The Living Blueprint

Your life today is the “result” of the thoughts you held yesterday. If you want a different “result” tomorrow, you must change the “builder” today.

Stop looking for secrets in the stars or the future. The secret is in the silent conversation you are having with yourself right now.

Our kidneys are incredible, tireless filters, quietly working behind the scenes to keep us healthy. But when they start to struggle, the signs can be subtle, often appearing only after significant function has been lost. High creatinine levels, for instance, can indicate nearly half of your kidney function is already gone. But what if there was a simple, delicious way to support these vital organs and even help reverse some of the damage?

The good news is, there is! While many “healthy” fruits can actually overload weakened kidneys with excess potassium, phosphorus, or sugar, a select few act as powerful allies. Let’s dive into the top 4 kidney-friendly fruits and a simple routine to incorporate them into your daily life.

The Hidden Dangers for Struggling Kidneys

Before we unveil our kidney heroes, it’s crucial to understand why some seemingly healthy choices can be detrimental:

  • Potassium Overload: For healthy individuals, potassium is vital. But for those with compromised kidney function, excess potassium can build up, leading to dangerous heart arrhythmias. Think bananas, melons, and orange juice – often touted as healthy, but potential pitfalls for kidneys.
  • Phosphorus Accumulation: High phosphorus levels can cause calcium to deposit in arteries, making them stiff and brittle, further stressing the cardiovascular system.
  • Sugar (Fructose) — The Silent Inflamer: High sugar intake, especially from fructose, fuels inflammation and oxidative stress, accelerating the decline of kidney filtration by up to 28%.
Meet Your Kidney-Healing Fruit Allies!

Here are the four powerhouses that can make a real difference:

  1. Apples: The Pectin PowerhouseImage of Low in potassium and brimming with pectin, a soluble fiber that acts like a sponge. Pectin binds to phosphorus and other toxins in your gut, carrying them out through your stool. This essentially creates a “backup filtration system,” easing the burden on your kidneys.
  2. Blueberries: The Antioxidant WarriorsImage of These tiny berries are packed with anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that can cross the blood-kidney barrier. They protect the delicate nephrons (your kidney’s filtering units) from oxidative stress and inflammation at a cellular level. Blueberries also improve insulin sensitivity and boost nitric oxide, helping to relax blood vessels.
  3. Red Grapes: The Resveratrol RegeneratorsImage of

Darker red and purple grapes are rich in resveratrol. This compound activates a protein called “Sirt1,” which triggers DNA repair mechanisms and reduces cellular inflammation, helping to heal and protect kidney cells.

  1. Pineapple: The Bromelain BuildersImage of

A unique tropical fruit that’s surprisingly low in potassium. Pineapple contains bromelain, a powerful enzyme that helps dissolve the protein buildup and inflammatory debris that can clog kidney tissue and impede function. Remember to include some of the core for maximum benefit!

Your 7-Day Kidney Reset Routine

The key to success is a consistent, rhythmic rotation to ensure your kidneys get a steady supply of these beneficial nutrients without being overwhelmed:

  • Monday & Thursday: Enjoy one medium apple (with the peel for maximum pectin!).
  • Tuesday & Friday: Have half a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries.
  • Wednesday: Snack on 15–20 red or purple grapes (skin included!).
  • Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): Treat yourself to half to one cup of fresh pineapple. Don’t forget to include some of the fibrous core!
Beyond the Fruit Bowl: A Holistic Approach

While these fruits are powerful tools, they are part of a larger strategy for optimal kidney health:

  • Consistency is Key: Small, daily choices, like opting for an apple instead of processed snacks, create more lasting impact than occasional “perfect” days.
  • Preparation Matters: Slice your apple ahead of time, portion out blueberries, or have fresh pineapple ready to go. Make healthy choices easy!
  • Reduce the Workload: Minimize sodium, processed proteins, and added sugars in your diet. These put significant stress on your kidneys.
  • Monitor Your Progress: Pay attention to how you feel – increased energy, reduced swelling, and improved lab numbers (like creatinine) are all signs your kidneys are thanking you.

Remember, kidney health is a journey of consistent, intentional choices. By incorporating these four healing fruits and adopting a mindful approach to your diet, you can empower your kidneys to function at their best.

I am 85 years old, and I’ve spent a lifetime learning, but what I am about to share is so new to me that I am still walking into the truth of it myself. I am writing this because I was specifically asked to. The Creator has asked that I blog this for you.

The Friend Within

Through a friend named Cacey, I came to understand that the Creator doesn’t just exist “out there” or “up there.” The Creator lives within us.

Once you realize that, the way you speak changes. It’s no longer about “prayer” in the formal, ritualistic sense. It’s about conversation. It’s about talking to the One who knows you better than anyone else as you would talk to a close, trusted friend.

The Creator is reaching out to you right now. He wants to know you as best He can through a living dialogue, not a recited petition.

How to Listen: The Yes/No Method

I’ve found a way to make this conversation tangible. When I have questions that I need answers for, I ask in a way that allows for a simple “Yes” or “No.”

I use a simple physical signal:

  • The second finger on my right hand signifies Yes.
  • The third finger signifies No.

I used to look for “I don’t know” answers, but I’ve realized that when you are in direct conversation with the Source of all things, there is no “I don’t know.” The clarity is absolute. It removes the middlemen of doubt and confusion.

An Invitation to Converse

This is my invitation to you—or rather, the Creator’s invitation through me. You don’t need a special building or a specific set of words. You just need to start the conversation with the Friend who is already inside you.

Start asking. Start listening. You might be surprised to find how much the One who created you has been waiting to talk to you.

If you’ve ever found yourself awake in the “hush of reverence” between 3 AM and 5 AM, you know that the world feels different. The static of the day is gone, and the mind feels strangely open.

This is the story of a man who lived in that “open” state—and left behind a documented library of mysteries that we are still trying to decode in 2026.

The Unlikely Messenger

Edgar Cayce (1877–1945) was an uneducated photographer from Kentucky. He wasn’t a doctor, a scientist, or a scholar. Yet, he is the most documented psychic in history.

Cayce’s “work” happened in a self-induced trance. He would lie down, loosen his clothing, and enter a sleep-like state. From that stillness, he could access what he called the Universal Storehouse—a cosmic library of every thought, deed, and physical condition in human history.

The 14,306: A Library of the Infinite

What makes Cayce different from any modern “influencer” is the sheer volume of documented proof. Beside him at every session sat a professional stenographer who recorded every single word.

Today, there are 14,306 physical records of these sessions. They aren’t just vague predictions; they are a staggering database of:

  • Medical Miracles: Cayce diagnosed “incurable” illnesses for people thousands of miles away, describing their internal organs with the precision of an X-ray—using medical terminology he didn’t even know while awake.
  • The Blueprint of Health: He gave us the foundations of holistic medicine decades before they became “mainstream,” focusing on the acid-alkaline balance, gut health, and the “vibrational” quality of food.
  • The Soul’s History: He detailed the origins of consciousness and the lost history of civilizations, all while his conscious ego was completely “out of the way.”
Why the Trance? (The 4 AM Connection)

You might wonder: Why did the information have to come through a trance? Cayce taught that the ego is the biggest barrier to truth. When we are awake, our fears, biases, and “result-fixation” create static that blurs the divine signal. By putting his conscious mind to sleep, Cayce:

  1. Bypassed the Static: He moved his personal opinions out of the way.
  2. Accessed the Superconscious: He proved that there is a level of mind far deeper than our daily thoughts.
  3. Proved the Source: The accuracy of the readings proved the information wasn’t “his”—it was universal.
The Great Experiment

Cayce didn’t want followers; he wanted investigators. He famously said, “If it works, it is true.” He invited everyone to test his suggestions—to change their diet, to still their bodies, and to see if their lives improved.

This is exactly why we gather in the 3am to 5am Club. We aren’t just losing sleep; we are practicing the same “stilling of the physical” that Cayce used to reach the Source. When the world is quiet, the “Universal Mind” starts to speak.

The files are open. The data is there. The only question is: Are you quiet enough to hear it?

Title: Finding the “Code” in the Silence: My Return and a Gift for Us All

My friends, I must start with an apology. I’ve been away from this blog for the past two weeks as I’ve been navigating a bout of illness. It was one of those times where the body demands absolute stillness, and the usual “doing” of life has to stop.

But as many of you know, I believe there are no accidents in the timing of these things. In that quiet, forced retreat, I found myself diving deeper into the work of Edgar Cayce, the “Sleeping Prophet.” Cayce had a way of looking at ancient spiritual truths—specifically the Lord’s Prayer—not as religious dogma, but as a practical, scientific “Spiritual Technology” for the human body and mind.

I realized that this “code” isn’t just for the healthy or the “enlightened”—it is for all of us, especially when we feel depleted, stuck, or disconnected. Over the next few weeks, we are going to look at these ancient words through a new lens—one that treats the prayer as an instruction manual for the “subconscious mind” and the physical body.

Part 1: The Identity Shift

Title: Beyond the Beggar’s Bowl: Establishing Your Divine Lineage

To change your reality, you must first change who you are “being” when you ask for it. Most of us pray as beggars, but the first movement of this prayer is an Identity Claim.

  • “Our Father who art in heaven”: This is an address to the Pituitary gland, the master switch of our spiritual connection. It is a declaration of lineage. You are not a separate, struggling entity; you are a child of the Divine.
  • “Hallowed be thy name”: This is an alignment tool for the Pineal gland. It moves your perception from “ground level” obstacles to a “heavenly perspective” of abundance.

Actionable Contemplation: For the next few days, don’t “say” the prayer. Instead, breathe the first line. Don’t ask for a favor. Simply sit with the feeling of being “connected” to the source.

Part 2: The Alignment Engine

Title: Bringing Heaven to Earth: The Core Engine of Manifestation

Now that we have established our identity, we move to the “engine” that bridges the unseen spiritual realm with our physical world.

  • “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done”: This is an active agreement with a higher order. Instead of asking for help, you are declaring that your physical reality will reflect the spiritual perfection that already exists.
  • “On Earth as it is in Heaven”: This is the “As Above, So Below” principle. Inner completion must precede outer manifestation. You must “tune” your frequency to the feeling of the wish fulfilled before it appears in your bank account or your health.

Actionable Contemplation: Choose one area where you desire change. Repeat “Thy Kingdom Come” while visualizing that perfect state as an existing reality, not a future hope.

Part 3: The Energetic Reset

Title: Daily Bread and the Reset: Clearing the Blockages to Flow

The final movement shifts the focus to present-tense maintenance and clearing the “spiritual plumbing.”

  • “Give us this day our daily bread”: This is the language of possession. It positions you in the reality of provision now. It is a daily spiritual withdrawal from an infinite account.
  • “Forgive us our debts”: Forgiveness is a physical reset for the thyroid and the heart. Grudges are blockages. Clearing them allows divine flow to reach you without obstruction.
  • “Deliver us from evil”: This is a declaration of spiritual sovereignty. It is an assertion that you operate from a higher frequency where negativity has no power over you.

Actionable Contemplation: Identify one resentment. Consciously release it as an act of “clearing the pipes” for your own abundance.

A year ago today, we watched the second inauguration. Today, the world feels like it’s holding its breath. If you’ve been watching those circular YouTube videos that say a lot of nothing, here is the 4:00 AM reality check—the facts, the friction, and the faces leading the charge.

1. The “Nobel Letter” & The Geography Crisis

While the President is in Davos today, the big story isn’t just the economy—it’s the ego. A leaked text message to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre has left diplomats—and geographers—in a state of shock.

  • The Norway/Denmark Mix-up: In an extraordinary message, the President demanded that Norway “make the deal” for Greenland, seemingly unaware that Greenland is an autonomous territory of Denmark, not Norway.
  • The “Nobel” Retribution: He explicitly tied the push for Greenland to his frustration over not winning the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize (which went to Maria Corina Machado). He wrote: “Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace.”
  • The 25th Amendment Talk: This confusion between sovereign nations, paired with a threat of a 10% tariff starting February 1st, has moved removal talk from the fringes to the center of the Cabinet. Is this the “inability to discharge duties” moment?
2. Jasmine Crockett: “God Doesn’t Like Ugly”

Representative Jasmine Crockett is officially leading the charge for accountability. On January 15th, she joined over 70 Democrats in co-sponsoring Articles of Impeachment against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

Crockett hasn’t held back, reminding the administration that “God doesn’t like ugly,” especially when it comes to policies targeting vulnerable communities. She’s framing the “Greenland Crisis” as a “terrible nightmare” and is demanding a legal paper trail on everything from the Insurrection Act to the erratic threats against our NATO allies.

3. The Visa Freeze: Effective Tomorrow (Jan 21)

Starting tomorrow, the U.S. is indefinitely pausing immigrant visa issuances for 75 countries, including Egypt.

  • The Impact: This hits green card applicants (family and employment-based) processed at embassies abroad.
  • The Shield: This is why long-term citizenship, like Medo’s, is the only true “shield” in this current storm. For everyone else, the door just slammed shut while the government conducts a “public charge” review.
4. The Vance Variable

While the President is overseas, JD Vance is staying close to home. He’s speaking to industrial crowds in Toledo, Ohio, tomorrow and headlining the March for Life this Friday. In a world of international firestorms, Vance is positioning himself as the “stable home-front” leader. Is he being loyal, or is he being ready?

We often treat a new year like a fresh coat of paint, but as we step into 2026, the blueprint feels different. It isn’t just about building a better career or a faster routine; it’s about why we are here on Earth. If, as the saying goes, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, then 2026 is the year we stop looking for the exit and start looking at the soul.

Like Keanu Reeves—a man whose life is a masterclass in losing everything only to be “reborn” through kindness and quiet persistence—we are tasked with a new architecture of the self. We aren’t just here to occupy space; we are here to accomplish something. Yet, while we live here on Earth, we are so busy with the mechanics of life: growing up, falling in love, marrying (or not). We school ourselves to get a good job and keep it for decades. Day after day, we are kept busy. But why?

The Mystery of the Soul

Perhaps a few times as we approach the end—the only thing we can truly be sure of—we wonder what it is all about. When we die, what happens? Is it nothing? Do we live on without this body? We can’t be certain. However, one thing suggests we might survive without our physical forms: those who have experienced a kind of physical death and saw a whole other existence. They meet a “God” or Jesus, see what heaven is like, and are then told they must go back. They return to Earth and can’t wait to share their experience. Yet, as I think about it, few ever talk about why they are here in the first place.

Then there is another phenomenon: children who seem to know they lived on Earth once before. They describe in detail who they were, where they lived, and whom they married. It is often easy to verify that the people they claim to have been actually existed. These two events suggest we live on after our time here, yet I don’t recall these stories ever explaining our purpose for being here now.

We are flesh and blood. We think, and therefore we are. But how do we think? Is it simply our brain that makes it happen? Consider how a combination of flesh and nerves can produce intelligence. What, truly, is intelligence?

My 85-Year Certainty

I have been on this Earth for 85 years, and for a long time, I searched for the blueprint of my own existence. I wondered if I was just “busy” with the passing of time. But amidst the questions of intelligence and flesh, I found one thing I am absolutely certain of: I was put here to create my children.

In them, I see the continuation of the soul and the true purpose of my time in this body. They are the accomplishment that proves I was more than just flesh and blood. They are my “Why.”

Your Turn

Whether you are just beginning your journey or, like me, you are looking back at many decades, I want to ask you: Do you have a strong reason for being here? Have you found that one thing—that person, that creation, or that purpose—that makes you certain of why you were born?

The 2026 Blueprint: Why Keanu, ‘No Kings’, and 3 AM Meditations are the Key to Saving America

As the sun sets on 2025, many of us feel the “nerves” of the nation are on edge. I woke up at 4:00 AM today with a clear message: If we want to save our democracy, we must adopt the Christ Consciousness.

This isn’t about forming a new religion. It’s about a Pattern of Living.

The Keanu Pattern: The Giver in Action

Look at Keanu Reeves. He is one of the most famous men on Earth, yet he lives with a humility that defies the “King” mentality. He gives back silently, treats the person on the street as an equal to the movie executive, and ignores the divisions of race and status.

This is the Christ Consciousness in the 21st century. It is the spirit of the “Giver.” When we act like Keanu—forgetting ourselves to help the whole—we align with the Law of Oneness.

The Lesson of ‘No Kings’

We have seen the power of this Consciousness before. We saw it in the great marches where people of all backgrounds walked side-by-side under the banner of “No Kings.” Those marchers proved that when we move together as one body, we can overcome any obstacle.

But here is the warning for 2026: We must stop the racism in the United States or we will surely lose our democracy. Racism is a “cancer” in the national nervous system. It creates a “house divided,” and as the Cayce readings remind us, a house divided cannot stand. We don’t need a King to lead us; we need to recognize the “King” (the Divine Pattern) within each other.

The 3 AM Healing: From the Nation to the Body

I am practicing what I preach. I am using this same “Mind is the Builder” blueprint to heal my own body. By meditating in the quiet hours between 3 AM and 5 AM, I am expecting my upcoming lab results to be frankly unbelievable. If we can heal the “nerves” of a person, we can heal the “nerves” of a nation. It starts with a choice to see the “Oneness” in everyone we meet—from the veterans who served our country to the neighbors we’ve yet to know.

Our New Year’s Resolution

Tonight, as the year turns, let’s resolve to be “Givers.” Let’s look past the “talk” and see the Spirit. Our democracy depends on it.

Wishing you and your family a very Happy 2026

Why You Aren’t Sleeping We’ve all been there: lying awake at 3 AM, mind racing, body cold, just waiting for the sun to come up. Most people think sleep is just about “turning off,” but your brain is actually incredibly active at night. If you don’t give it the right fuel before you hit the pillow, it stays “on edge.”

The Secret Sauce: The “Fat Delight” : The human brain thrives on fat. It is the most calorie-dense organ in your body, and it needs high-quality lipids to repair its cells while you sleep. Tonight, I’m introducing a ritual that helps quiet the mind and nourish the spirit: the Fat Delight.

How to Make Your Fat Delight: You don’t need a professional kitchen—I just got back from Aldi with everything I need.

  • The Base: Start with a healthy, kidney-friendly fat. Think heavy cream,
  • The Brain Boost: Add a handful of blueberries. Yes, blueberries are excellent for your brain, often called “brain berries,” because their high levels of antioxidants (especially anthocyanins) combat oxidative stress, improve blood flow, enhance neuron communication, and boost memory, focus, and overall cognitive function, potentially slowing age-related decline.
  • The Sweetener (Optional): A sweetner and a sprinkle of cinnamon to keep it satisfying.
  • Add the above into the bowl of your blender and whip at a high speed until it comes out thick.

The Vitamin D3 Connection: I take my Vitamin D3 right along with this snack. Why? Because Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble. If you take it on an empty stomach, you’re wasting your money. Pairing it with the Fat Delight ensures that “Liquid Sunshine” actually reaches your cells, helping regulate your sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm).

When to Use It: Eat your Fat Delight after dinner. I like to take the whipped cream immediately after dinner. This gives your digestion time to start moving that fuel toward your brain. By the time you’re tucked in, your brain feels “safe” and nourished, allowing you to drift into a deeper, more restorative sleep.

The Result: When you wake up for that 3 AM bathroom break, you won’t find yourself spiraling into “strange beliefs” or anxiety. Your brain is fueled, your body is warm, and you can slip right back into sleep.

Don’t just starve your brain and hope for rest. Feed it, nourish it, and watch how your nights change.

The Example of the Kidney: Many see Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) as an inevitable decline—a mechanical filter slowly wearing out. But the kidney is actually the perfect “training ground” for us to learn how to heal anything. Because it is so sensitive to what we eat, how we sleep, and how we think, it provides immediate feedback on our vibrational state. By learning to restore the kidney, we discover the “Master Key” to restoring the entire body and mind.

Connecting consciousness with Consciousness: True healing is not just a medical procedure; it is a vibrational alignment. It begins when our individual consciousness makes contact with the Universal Consciousness of Jesus: This is the “Way” Edgar Cayce revealed—tuning the body to the Christ Vibration so that medicine can be assisted by a force it cannot touch.

The Practice: Healing Without Limits: One might worry that physical limitations—like the difficulty of reaching the kidneys with one’s own hands—hinder this process. But the Spirit is not limited by the reach of our arms. We use the Solar Plexus as our gateway.

  1. The Fast (Creating the Void): We practice OMAD (One Meal A Day) or long fasts to clear the “material noise.” We stop the constant “detective work” of digestion and create a sacred silence.
  2. The Solar Plexus Gateway: During meditation, place your hands comfortably on your solar plexus (the center of the abdomen). This is the “brain” of your physical vibration.
  3. Directing the Life Force: We use the Mind as the Builder. From the hands on the solar plexus, we mentally direct the Christ Vibration to flow backward into the kidneys. We visualize “Spiritual Hands” of light cradling the kidneys, commanding the cells to return to their “Divine Pattern.”
  4. The Detective’s Feedback: We use our sleep as our lab report. If we sleep through the night, our vibration is clear. If we wake, we consciously look at the “problem foods” (the hidden salts, powders, or proteins) that acted as a trigger.

Reaching the Millions, A Partnership for Restoration: I use the kidney as this example because millions are currently on the path toward CKD, feeling hopeless and unheard. We show them that they do not have to walk this path alone. By using our consciousness to contact the Consciousness of Jesus, we enter into a divine partnership. We work together with His Consciousness to heal the kidneys, proving that nothing is “chronic” or “impossible” when the body is aligned with the original Source of Life.

If we can stabilize a kidney through this sacred connection, we have proven the Law for the world. We have shown that the same energy used to heal a kidney can be used to heal a heart, a mind, or a soul. The kidney is simply the living evidence that Spirit is the Life.

Have you ever felt like your prayer life was a one-way street? Edgar Cayce, the famous “Sleeping Prophet,” suggested that most of us are missing the most important part of the conversation. He called Jesus the “Way-Shower”—and while that means he shows us the path, it also means he provides a spiritual shower to wash away the ego so we can finally hear the “Parent Consciousness” that created us.

The 411: Why Edgar Cayce?

Edgar Cayce (1877–1945) is the most documented psychic of the 20th century. He provided over 14,000 readings while in a sleep state, detailing the mechanics of the soul. I use his work because it’s practical. He describes us as Consciousness Children—sparks of the Divine learning to manifest our true nature in the physical world.

It is important to note that Cayce himself was a deeply devout Sunday school teacher. When his own readings first began mentioning things like reincarnation and karma, he struggled to accept them because they challenged his traditional background. Eventually, he realized these were universal laws that deepened his understanding of his faith.

The Vocabulary of the Soul

To follow the Way-Shower, we must understand these three definitions:

  • The Christ: A level of consciousness, not a last name. It is the perfect alignment between you (the Consciousness Child) and the Creator (the Parent Consciousness).
  • The Kingdom of Heaven: Not a place you go after death, but a vibration or state of mind you enter right now.
  • The Mind: Cayce’s most famous line was “The Mind is the Builder.” What we hold in our consciousness, we create in our lives.
The Conversation: Prayer vs. Meditation

Cayce insisted on a specific order: Pray first, then Meditate.

  • Prayer is the Outpouring: You talk to the Consciousness that created us. You set your intention and “cleanse the temple” of your heart.
  • Meditation is the In-taking: You listen. If you pray and then immediately get up, you’ve hung up the phone before your Parent Consciousness could answer!
The “How-To”: Getting Your Mind Completely Blank

To hear the “still, small voice” of the Parent Consciousness, we must silence the noisy “monkey mind.” Here is the Cayce process for reaching a receptive, blank state:

  1. The Breath: Sit upright. Inhale deeply through the right nostril and exhale through the left. This balances your internal energy and tells the body it is time to be still.
  2. The Seed Thought (The Focus): Give your mind one single thing to hold onto so it stops wandering. Pick a word like Peace or Love. Repeat it silently and slowly in your mind. This word acts like a “broom” to sweep away all other thoughts.
  3. The Drop-Off: Once you feel a deep sense of calm and that word is the only thing left in your head, let go of the word.
  4. The Silence: In this blank space, you are no longer a person with a list of problems; you are a soul sitting in the presence of its Source. This is where the real healing and guidance happen.

The Intersection of Silence and Wholeness: A Christmas Reflection

There is a unique kind of silence that only exists on Christmas morning. Before the world fully wakes up and the festivities begin, there is a small window of time where we can simply be.

This morning, my journey through that silence was profound. I began by reflecting on the “highways” of our lives—the fast lanes of responsibility and the labels we often carry. For many of us, especially those in the CKD community, we are often assigned labels like “chronic.” But in the stillness of meditation, a higher Truth emerged that changes everything.

The Master Builder and the Architect

I have come to realize that my brain is a “Master Builder.” It learned from Consciousness (Capital C) exactly how to create a physical body to house my soul. But while the brain is the builder, Consciousness is the Architect.

If our brains learned how to build our bodies from the Source, then they certainly know how to restore them. We often forget that we aren’t just a collection of cells and diagnoses; we are a localized expression of the Creator.

Nothing is “Chronic” to the Source

We must remember that Consciousness created our bodies and lives within us and around us. When we sit in that awareness, the word “chronic” loses its power. There is no condition, no matter how long-standing, that the Universal Source cannot realign.

In my meditation today, I didn’t just find peace; I found compliance—an alignment between my physical self and the perfect blueprint of the Creator. I realized that healing isn’t a struggle to fix something broken; it is the act of allowing the Consciousness that lives within us to resume its natural state of wholeness.

The Power Within You

Today, as I prepare my Christmas dinner and look forward to the year ahead, I am not “managing” a condition. I am resting in the certainty that the Creator is at work in every cell.

My wish for you this Christmas is that you recognize the Power you carry. You are part of the Consciousness that created your body and that same Source lives in and around us right now, providing everything you need to be whole.

Merry Christmas. May you find your way back to the original blueprint of your own Wholeness.

We often think of our health in terms of what we can feel. A sore knee tells us to slow down; a fever tells us to rest. But our kidneys are different. They are the quiet workhorses of the body, filtering our blood 24 hours a day without complaint.

In fact, kidney decline is often called the “Silent Thief” because you can lose up to 90% of your kidney function before you feel a single symptom. By the time the alarm bells ring, the damage is often done.

The good news? You don’t need a complicated medical overhaul to start protecting them. Nature has provided specific tools—in the form of fruit—that can help stabilize, soothe, and repair your kidneys.

Here are the top 4 fruits to add to your evening routine, and the science behind why they work.

1. Apples: The Stabilizer

The Secret Weapon: Pectin

If your kidneys are struggling, they have a hard time filtering out excess waste, particularly phosphorus and cholesterol. This is where the humble apple comes in.

Apples are rich in pectin, a type of soluble fiber found primarily in the peel. Think of pectin as a gentle sponge in your digestive system. It binds to toxins, cholesterol, and excess phosphorus in your gut before they enter your bloodstream. By catching these “bad guys” early, the apple reduces the filtration workload on your kidneys, giving them a much-needed break.

  • How to eat them: Enjoy a small apple as a snack. Crucially, keep the peel on—that is where the pectin lives! Apples are also naturally low in potassium, making them one of the safest fruits for kidney health.
2. Blueberries: The Soother

The Secret Weapon: Anthocyanins

Inflammation is the enemy of kidney function. When kidneys are inflamed, they stiffen and scar. Blueberries are nature’s answer to this fire.

The deep blue color of these berries comes from anthocyanins. These aren’t just pretty pigments; they are potent anti-inflammatory compounds that are capable of crossing the blood-kidney barrier. Once there, they help reduce the inflammatory markers (cytokines) that cause damage. They essentially act as a cooling shield for your kidney tissues.

  • How to eat them: A half-cup of fresh or frozen blueberries is all you need. They are low in sugar, so they won’t spike your insulin, keeping your system calm overnight.
3. Red & Purple Grapes: The Repairer

The Secret Weapon: Resveratrol

While blueberries soothe, grapes help repair. Specifically, red and purple grapes contain a compound called resveratrol.

Recent research suggests that resveratrol acts like a switch that turns on your body’s “repair genes.” It helps shift your cells from “survival mode” to “recovery mode,” protecting the mitochondria (the energy power plants) within your kidney cells. This improves the resilience of the kidney, allowing it to function better even under stress.

  • How to eat them: Aim for 15–20 grapes. Just like the apple, the magic is in the skin, so avoid peeling them.
4. Pineapple: The Cleaner

The Secret Weapon: Bromelain

One of the biggest threats to aging kidneys is fibrosis—the buildup of scar tissue that makes the kidneys stiff and inefficient. Pineapple contains a powerful enzyme called bromelain, which is famous for its ability to break down proteins.

In the body, bromelain acts almost like a “scar tissue dissolver,” helping to reduce fibrosis and maintain the flexibility of your kidney filters. It also acts as a systemic anti-inflammatory, further reducing the burden on your organs.

  • How to eat them: You must eat fresh pineapple. Canned pineapple has been heated, which kills the beneficial enzymes, and is often swimming in sugary syrup that does more harm than good.

The Golden Rule: Consistency Over Intensity

If you take only one thing away from this article, let it be this: Kidneys do not respond to intensity; they respond to consistency.

Many people try to “sprint” their way to health by following a strict, miserable diet for two weeks, only to burn out. But kidneys are slow-healing organs. They prefer a gentle, steady rhythm.

You don’t need to eat all four of these fruits every single day. Instead, try to build a “bedtime ritual.” Maybe you have an apple on Monday and Tuesday, and a handful of blueberries on Wednesday. The goal is not perfection—it is simply to show up for your health, day after day.

A Note on Supplements

Can’t I just take a pill instead of eating the fruit?

It is a great question. Supplements for compounds like Bromelain and Pectin (often called Modified Citrus Pectin) do exist, and they can be powerful tools. However, they are much more concentrated than fruit and act like medicine.

  • Bromelain: If you choose a supplement, potency matters. Look for a label that lists 2400 GDU (Gelatin Digesting Units) per gram. Anything weaker may not be strong enough to break down scar tissue. Also, be aware that Bromelain can thin the blood; if you are on blood thinners, check with your doctor first.
  • Pectin: Often sold as “Modified Citrus Pectin” (MCP), this powder is a powerful detoxifier. However, it works so well that it can bind to your medications. If you use it, be sure to take it at least 2 hours away from your prescriptions.

For most people, the fruit is the safest, gentlest place to start. But if you want the heavy artillery, ask your doctor about adding these specific supplements to your routine.

I have lived with kidney disease for a long time. Over the years, I’ve managed my health carefully, watching what I eat and trying to stay active. But there has always been one constant in my routine: my coffee.

For decades, I’ve had about three cups a day. In the past, conventional wisdom—and even some well-meaning friends—suggested that coffee was a “guilty pleasure” that might be hard on the kidneys. But I never gave it up. It was part of my morning ritual, part of waking up, and frankly, it brought me joy.

It turns out, that cup wasn’t just waking me up; it was likely protecting me.

I recently reviewed a breakdown of new research by Dr. Johnny, which aggregates data from major medical institutions like Johns Hopkins and studies published in journals like Nature. The verdict? The old advice was wrong.

Dr. Johnny explains that for many people, drinking coffee isn’t just “safe”—it can be protective. In fact, the research highlights that 2 to 3 cups per day is actually the “sweet spot” for seeing health benefits.

Why Does It Work? The “magic” isn’t actually in the caffeine. The real heroes are the polyphenols and antioxidants found in the coffee bean. These compounds are anti-inflammatory powerhouses that work quietly in the background:

  • Fighting Inflammation: The polyphenols help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress within the kidneys.
  • Slowing the Decline: By reducing that stress, coffee helps slow the decline of kidney function over time, changing the trajectory of the disease.
  • Survival: Perhaps most validating for me is the statistic that coffee drinkers have a significantly lower risk of dying from kidney-related causes.

Of course, the key is how you drink it. I suspect my habit helped because I didn’t load it with phosphate-heavy creamers or syrups, which really are the bad guys in the story.

I often think about the things we do for our health versus the things we do for our happiness. It is a rare and wonderful feeling to discover that the cup that kept me going mentally was also the cup that kept me going physically.

So, here is to the morning brew. It turns out, it was medicine all along.

Body:

Stop looking up at the sky. Stop looking for a distant force that judges you from a cloud. We have gotten it wrong for too long.

The Creator isn’t separate from us; the Creator is living us. It is the same energy that spins the planets, grows the forests, and breathes life into every animal. From the mitochondria in your cells to the thoughts in your mind, the Creator is the energy behind it all. We are not just “living with” the Creator like a roommate; we are the vessels It uses to experience the world.

Just as a programmer works through a computer to bring intelligence to life, the Creator works through your biology to bring life to you. Once you truly believe that—that the Source of the entire Universe resides in your every cell—you realize you are never alone, and you are never without power.

The Daily Dialogue

This belief changes everything about how we connect. You don’t need to sit in a lotus position for an hour to find God. Since the Creator is already living in your cells, you don’t need to make an appointment. You just need to start a conversation.

Take a few moments during your normal day to start a dialogue. Talk to the Creator like you would a partner who is walking right beside you. Share your thoughts, your gratitude, or your confusion.

Then, find the small pockets of quiet in your day—maybe while drinking your coffee or sitting in the car—and just listen. Don’t strain for a booming voice. Just quiet your own mind enough to catch the response. When you live in constant contact with the Source inside you, you realize you are never truly talking to yourself.

The Shift

For many, the idea of “working for the Creator” sounds like a heavy burden. But it is actually the ultimate freedom.

When you pause to listen, you stop struggling to force things to happen. You stop carrying the weight of the world on your own shoulders. Instead, you are simply asking, “Which way should I go today?”

It’s not about adding more chores to your list; it’s about finding the flow. When you act in alignment with the Creator in your cells, life stops being a battle and starts being a partnership. You aren’t just surviving anymore; you are being guided.

“We are moving beyond formal methods to a real relationship, where our daily life itself becomes the conversation.”

The Toxic Tango: How Stress Wrecks Your Diet and Ruins Your Sleep

You cut the carbs. You stopped the sugar. You are doing everything “right” according to the Keto rulebook. Yet, the weight isn’t coming off, and worse—you are still waking up with a racing heart at 3 AM.

It feels like a mystery, but the answer isn’t on your plate. It’s in your hormones.

We tend to think of diet and stress as two separate battles. We think, “I’ll eat better to fix my body” and “I’ll control my temper to fix my mind.” But science—and doctors like Dr. Ben Bikman—are proving that you cannot separate them.

Here is the hard truth: You can eat a perfect diet, but if your stress is uncontrolled, your body is making its own sugar.

It’s a chemical chain reaction called the “Cortisol-Insulin Loop,” and it is likely the reason you are tired, stuck, and awake in the middle of the night.

The Invisible Sugar: How Stress Tricks Your Body

To understand why this happens, we have to look at our ancient survival mechanism: Fight or Flight.

When you get stressed—whether it’s a real danger or just an anxious thought about the past—your adrenal glands release Cortisol.

Cortisol has one main job: to give you immediate energy to run away from a tiger. How does it do that? It tells your liver to dump stored sugar (glucose) directly into your bloodstream.

This is the critical point: You didn’t eat that sugar. Your body made it.

So, even if you are fasting or eating strictly low-carb, a high-stress moment causes your blood sugar to spike. Your pancreas doesn’t know the difference; it sees high blood sugar and immediately pumps out Insulin to bring it down. And just like that, you are in fat-storage mode, not because of what you ate, but because of what you thought.

The Missing Piece: What is Cortisol, Really?

Most of us know about Insulin because we talk about diabetes and sugar constantly. But Cortisol is the silent partner in this relationship, and it is often the one driving the car.

Cortisol is your body’s built-in alarm system. In a healthy body, Cortisol is your best friend. It wakes you up in the morning and gives you the focus to handle challenges.

But here is the problem: Your body cannot tell the difference between a physical threat and a mental one.

  • Ancient Times: You see a lion. Cortisol spikes. You run. You survive. Cortisol drops.
  • Modern Times: You worry about a bill, or relive a painful memory. Cortisol spikes. You sit on the couch. The Cortisol stays high.

Because we are constantly “thinking” about our stressors, we are bathing our bodies in this hormone 24/7. And as long as Cortisol is high, it is bullying your Insulin to stay high, too.

The 3 AM Crash

This brings us back to those sleepless nights.

If you go to bed stressed, your cortisol stays high. Your blood sugar spikes, and then your insulin knocks it down. But often, insulin works a little too well, and your blood sugar crashes too low while you sleep (hypoglycemia).

Your brain senses this energy crash as a life-threatening emergency. So, what does it do? It releases a surge of adrenaline and cortisol to wake you up and get that sugar back up.

Result: You wake up at 3 AM, heart pounding, mind racing, wide awake. It wasn’t your bladder—it was a chemical roller coaster.

The Solution: Correcting the Flow

This is why so many diets fail. If you only fix the food (Insulin) but ignore the mechanics of your mind (Cortisol), you are only fighting half the battle.

1. The Body Strategy: Keto/Low-Carb By removing dietary sugar and carbs, you stop giving your body easy glucose. This forces your insulin levels to drop naturally. This is the foundation.

2. The Mind Strategy: Don’t Let the Brain Interrupt This is where most people get it wrong. They let their brain run the show.

Your brain is a tool. It is an archive of memories and a calculator. Its job is to sit quietly until you need it. When you have a task, you go to the brain to get the information. That is the correct flow.

Stress happens when that flow runs backwards.

When you have a stressful situation, you already know it is stressful. You don’t need your brain popping up like an inconsiderate buddy, mother, or partner to tell you just how stressed you should be.

All that “noise” does is trigger a cortisol spike. It distracts you. It keeps you from finding a good solution because you are too busy listening to the brain’s emotional commentary.

To fix your health, you must demand that the brain stays silent until called upon. You visit it; it does not visit you. When you cut off that unsolicited chatter, you stop the cortisol, you stop the sugar dump, and you finally sleep.

Did You Know? Your Brain is Likely Bullying You.

Science backs this up. According to research from the National Science Foundation:

  • The average person has up to 60,000 thoughts per day.
  • 80% of those thoughts are negative.
  • 95% are repetitive—meaning your brain is just nagging you about the same things it nagged you about yesterday.

Most of us live in a state where the brain is constantly interrupting us. It’s like a backseat driver screaming at you while you are trying to park the car. It doesn’t help you park; it just makes you crash.

The Challenge: Practice the Silence

To break the Cortisol-Insulin loop, you need to retrain the master-servant relationship.

Try this practice today: See how many seconds you can keep your brain totally silent.

  • Start with 5 seconds. Just 5 seconds of absolute quiet.
  • If the brain tries to pop up with a reminder or a worry, cut it off. Say, “Not now.”
  • Build it up. 10 seconds. 30 seconds.

The goal is to reach a state where you can walk through a room in total silence, and you decide when to turn the computer on. That silence is where your health returns

We’ve all heard the standard health advice a million times: “Eat your whole grains,” “finish your spinach,” and “avoid white rice.”

But if you are managing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or just trying to protect your kidney health, that standard advice isn’t just wrong—it could be dangerous.

The truth is, some of the so-called “superfoods” are loaded with minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and oxalates that weak kidneys struggle to filter out. Here are three common traps to avoid, and the safe swaps to make today.

1. The Rice Trap: Brown vs. Jasmine

The Myth: Brown rice is better because it has more fiber. The Reality: The bran layer on brown rice is packed with phosphorus and potassium. It also tends to absorb more arsenic from the soil. For compromised kidneys, this is a heavy burden to process. The Fix: Jasmine Rice. Jasmine rice is widely considered the superior choice for kidney diets. It has a very low mineral load (significantly less phosphorus and potassium than brown rice), making it chemically safe for your kidneys. Plus, it is easy to digest and provides that “comfort food” satisfaction, making it easier to stick to your diet long-term.

2. The Green Trap: Spinach vs. Zucchini

The Myth: Spinach is the ultimate superfood. The Reality: Spinach is a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” for kidney patients. It is incredibly high in oxalates, which can form crystals that damage kidney tissue and cause stones. It is also extremely high in potassium. The Fix: Swap spinach for Zucchini. Zucchini is low in oxalates and potassium, making it a “kidney-safe” vegetable that you can enjoy without worry.

3. The Pasta Sauce Trap

Since we are swapping spinach for zucchini, try using a spiralizer (or a vegetable peeler) to make “Zoodles” (zucchini noodles). They are a perfect low-carb, kidney-friendly pasta substitute.

But be careful what you put on top!

  • STOP: Tomato Sauce. Tomatoes are concentrated potassium. A cup of red sauce can stress your heart and kidneys immediately.
  • CAUTION: Alfredo Sauce. This is a safer bet than tomato sauce. However, since it is dairy-based, it does contain phosphorus, so enjoy it in moderation. Homemade is always better than jarred to avoid preservatives.
  • GO: Garlic & Olive Oil. The safest and simplest option.
  • THE HACK: Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. If you miss the look of red sauce, blend roasted red peppers with garlic and oil. You get the color and flavor without the potassium overload of tomatoes.

The Bottom Line: Don’t let generic health advice derail your kidney diet. Your body has unique needs, and sometimes, the “white” Jasmine rice and the “plain” zucchini are the healthiest choices you can make.

If you have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), you know the routine. You get a blood test, you see the Nephrologist for 15 minutes, and you leave with a list of “Don’ts.”

  • Don’t eat steak.
  • Don’t eat salt.
  • Don’t hope for improvement, just try to slow the decline.

Basically, you are told to prepare for the inevitable slide toward dialysis.

I have been riding this roller coaster for 15 years. I was diagnosed long before most people started talking about “metabolic health.” I have heard every standard lecture.

But at 85 years old, I am not just “surviving.” I am researching. And I am doing it in a way most doctors can’t match.

The “Filter” Mistake

Imagine your kidneys are a coffee filter.

Your Nephrologist tells you: “Stop pouring coffee (protein) into the filter, or it will get clogged.” So they put you on a low-protein, bland diet. You lose muscle, you get weak, and you feel frail.

But the new science suggests the problem isn’t the coffee. The problem is that the filter has holes in it.

What punches holes in the filter? High Blood Sugar (Insulin).

My Secret Weapon: The AI Advantage

Your Nephrologist is a busy person. They see dozens of patients a day. They rely on guidelines that were written 10 or 20 years ago. They simply do not have the time to read every new research paper published this morning.

But my research partner does.

I work with an advanced Artificial Intelligence to scan the latest science in real-time. Together, we analyze the new data that suggests the old “low protein” advice might be missing the real enemy: Insulin.

While the standard advice is still telling you to fear a piece of chicken, the new science shows that high blood sugar is likely what punched the holes in your kidney “filter” in the first place.

Why You Should Read This Blog

I am not a doctor. I am a patient, just like you. But I have an advantage:

  1. Experience: I have navigated the CKD maze for 15 years. I know the fear.
  2. Plain English: I know what it feels like to leave the doctor’s office confused. I am here to translate their “Medical Speak” into real-life advice you can actually understand.
  3. Technology: I use AI to find the answers that are buried in complex medical journals—answers about Cortisol, Insulin, and Inflammation.

If you are tired of living in fear of dialysis, or tired of eating cardboard because you are scared of salt, you are in the right place. We are going to look at the new science—the science that says: Fix the metabolic problem, and you protect the kidney.

Let’s stop dying of fear and start living with vitality.

It’s 3:15 AM. The house is silent. You are wide awake.

You assume you woke up because you have to use the bathroom. You go, you come back to bed, but the damage is done. Your mind is racing. You’re thinking about your to-do list, or just staring at the ceiling feeling annoyingly alert.

We often blame a “small bladder” or “getting older” for these nightly interruptions. But for many people, the urge to urinate is just a symptom. The real culprit is a chemical spike in your blood.

The Hidden Enemy: Cortisol

Under normal circumstances, your cortisol (the stress hormone) should be at rock bottom while you sleep. But if you are dealing with daily stress or anxiety, your cortisol can spike in the middle of the night—usually right around 3 AM.

When this happens, two things occur:

  1. The Alarm: Your body enters a mini “fight or flight” mode. You wake up feeling wired.
  2. The Flush: High cortisol suppresses the hormone (ADH) that tells your kidneys to slow down at night. Your kidneys start working at “daytime” speeds, filling your bladder rapidly.

So, you aren’t waking up because you have to pee. You have to pee because stress woke you up.

The Solution: Magnesium Glycinate

If you want to sleep through the night, you need to turn off that cortisol alarm. This is where Magnesium Glycinate shines.

Magnesium acts as a brake pedal for your nervous system, preventing that stress spike. But the “Glycinate” part is just as important. It means the magnesium is bound to Glycine—an amino acid that specifically cools the body and calms the brain.

It’s a two-for-one punch: Magnesium relaxes the muscles, and Glycine quiets the mind.

A Critical Warning: Check Your Kidneys First

Before you rush out to buy a bottle, please read this.

I learned this lesson the hard way. I tried magnesium, and while it helps many, it wasn’t right for me because I have Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

  • Healthy Kidneys: If you take a little too much magnesium, your kidneys just flush it out (which might send you to the bathroom, but it’s safe).
  • CKD Kidneys: If your kidneys are compromised, they cannot filter out the excess magnesium. It stays in your blood, which can be dangerous.

The Bottom Line: If you have healthy kidneys, Magnesium Glycinate (start with 200mg an hour before bed) might be the miracle cure for your 3 AM wake-ups.

But if you have any history of kidney issues, do not take magnesium or glycine supplements without a blood test and a doctor’s approval. Be the CEO of your own health!

If you look at an acorn, you don’t see it worrying about how to become an oak tree. It doesn’t read books, it doesn’t go to church, and it doesn’t ask for permission. It just grows. It knows exactly what to do because it holds a blueprint—an invisible intelligence—that guides every cell.

Science calls this genetic expression. Spiritual traditions call it the Soul. I choose to call it the Creator.

But before you click away, let me be clear about what I mean by that word.

The “God” Problem For many of us, the word “Creator” or “God” comes with heavy baggage. It reminds us of a Judge sitting on a cloud, checking a list of rules, demanding worship, or punishing us for mistakes. If that is your definition, I understand why you’d want nothing to do with it.

That is not who I am writing about.

I am talking about the Intelligence of Nature. I am talking about the force that spins the planets and beats your heart without you having to think about it.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cellular biologist, realized that a cell is not a machine powered by its own parts. It is a receiver, like a radio. It receives a signal from the environment—from the “Field”—that tells it how to repair and grow.

The Father in the Cell We need to recognize this presence for what it really is. It isn’t just a signal; it is our Source.

Think about how you began. A sperm and an egg met. No one taught them what to do. No human engineer was there to guide them. Yet, that Intelligence allowed those two cells to multiply and create the complex physical machine that is you.

That is the work of a Father.

Our physical body is one creation. Our personality—who we are, what we like, how we think—is another creation entirely. But the Creator is the parent of both. And because that presence lives inside every single cell, we don’t have to shout to be heard.

We can talk to It. We can speak to the Creator in our cells not as subjects begging a King, but as children speaking to a Father who knows exactly how to fix what He created.

The Missing Link: Us So, if this Intelligence is everywhere, why do we get sick? Why do we struggle?

Last night, while wrestling with my own health challenges, I realized the missing piece of the equation. It came to me in a single sentence:

“The Creator lives in all that it creates… sometimes through humans.”

That last part—sometimes through humans—is the key. The Intelligence is always there, broadcasting the blueprint for health. But we, the humans, have the ability to scramble the signal. Our fears, our stress, and our rigid beliefs act like static. We block the very repair work we are begging for.

A Practice for Today This blog is not just about reading; it is about doing. I want you to try something simple today.

Imagine and practice the Presence.

Start with your natural surroundings. I have a beautiful plant in my home that I like to watch.

Then, turn that imagination inward.

Look at your own hand, or place your hand over a part of your body that hurts. Imagine that same force—the same one feeding the plant—living inside your cells.

If you practice this presence, a clarity will come. You will stop just “wanting to be better,” and you will begin to know exactly what needs to happen to make you whole.

The Experiment I am currently living with Chronic Kidney Disease. The medical books say one thing, but I am conducting an experiment of one. My hypothesis is simple: If I can stop the static—if I can use my human consciousness to clear the line—can the Creator inside my cells do the work It was designed to do?

I am not asking for a miracle from the sky. I am starting a conversation with the life force in my own blood.

You don’t have to be religious to join me. You just have to be willing to talk to the Resident inside you.

If you wake up suddenly between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM—a phenomenon often called the “Hour of the Wolf”—with your heart pounding and mind racing, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

For years, we’ve been told that Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is something that happens on a battlefield. We associate it with loud noises, combat, and soldiers coming home from war. And while that is true, it is only a fraction of the story.

The Trauma Doesn’t Wear a Uniform For me, the feeling goes back to a specific childhood trauma when I was eight years old.

I came home from school one afternoon, walked up to the door of our apartment, and saw something that stopped my heart. There was a chest sitting there, and lying on top of it was a huge knife.

I was petrified. I didn’t know who put it there or why, but the threat felt immediate. To this day, decades later, I still find it difficult to be alone in the apartment at night.

The Walk in the Dark This brings me to the “3 AM Alarm.” Like many men my age, I wake up in the night to use the bathroom. It should be a routine, biological event.

But as I walk through the dark hallway, my mind drifts back to that eight-year-old boy. I find myself thinking about the possibility that someone broke in. I listen for creaks. I scan the shadows. The fear of that unknown danger waiting at the door creeps in.

These are what I call “uncalled thoughts.” I didn’t ask for them. I don’t want them. They just barge in.

Dropping the Thought (Mindfulness for PTSD) For a long time, I let these thoughts run the show. But recently, I have found a different way. It is based on a concept of mindfulness that isn’t just about deep breathing—it’s about taking back control.

I realized that I have the authority to stop the loop.

When I am walking to the bathroom now and the fear starts to rise, I have to take my own advice:

  1. Identify the intruder: I label the fear as an “uncalled thought.”
  2. Refuse it: I remind myself that the thought is just old programming.
  3. Drop it: I don’t follow the thought down the rabbit hole. I simply return to the present moment.

Practice in the Daylight It is hard to learn this skill at 3:00 AM when you are groggy and scared. You have to practice when the sun is out.

During the day, I made a conscious effort to stop the usual mental chatter—the worrying, the planning, the analyzing—until the noise finally quieted down. I practiced “stopping thinking” for a time until it became a habit.

If you can learn to dismiss the “uncalled thoughts” (or intrusive thoughts) while you are washing dishes or sitting in your chair, you will find it much easier to do when you wake up in the dark.

Let’s Learn From Each Other Trauma is heavy, and none of us have to carry it alone. While this practice has helped me, I strongly recommend you get the advice of your doctor. There is no shame in getting help to handle the physical effects of PTSD.

Now, I want to hear from you. If you believe you suffer from PTSD or have similar experiences, how do you handle the “uncalled thoughts”? What have you done to work on solving the problem?

Please share your experiences in the comments below. We can all learn from one another.

As humans, we are not two separate entities, mind and body; we are a single, integrated unit—a mindbody. When we treat ourselves as two disconnected parts, we miss the most powerful lever for healing. But when we accept that we are one person, a mindbody, we can rid ourselves of unhealthy conditions with our beliefs alone.

The Placebo Effect: Your Brain’s Internal Pharmacy

The power of belief is best proven through clinical trials. During a medical test, one group receives the actual medicine, and the control group gets a placebo (an inactive substance like a sugar pill).

Often, the placebo group, believing they are receiving the cure, experiences the same measurable healing as the group that got the real drug. Their body releases its own internal medicine—chemicals like endorphins (natural painkillers) and dopamine (feel-good chemicals)—to produce the expected result.

They tested as no longer ill, not because of a pill, but because of a thought.

The Nocebo Effect: When a Diagnosis Becomes a Curse

If positive belief can heal, negative belief can harm—this is the Nocebo Effect.

A nocebo occurs when a physician gives a diagnosis that you fully believe, creating a negative expectation. Think of two different people visiting the same doctor:

  • Patient One is told they have a chronic disease that will never fully go away. That powerful, often final-sounding diagnosis becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You believe you will always have it, so you will always have it.
  • Patient Two is told they have some symptoms but shouldn’t worry—the doctor frames it as manageable or temporary. Patient Two’s condition is likely to improve, not because of what was said, but because of what was not said—the elimination of fear and negative expectation.
The Power of Reframing: My Own Story

Many years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage One of Chronic Kidney Disease. The result of that diagnosis was a fear that I may one day need dialysis and could even die from this disease. As time went on, I progressed to Stage Three.

About a little more than one year ago, another physician told me that from what he could see of how my disease had progressed, there was only a 1% chance that I would need dialysis. It was then that it hit me: How sick could I be? Maybe not at all.

I thought about the fact that I was diagnosed based only on blood tests. I had some scans, and my kidneys were still the size they would expect. I realized I had been allowing the initial, fear-based diagnosis—the Nocebo—to run its course.

Now, I am actively using my mindbody to try to get rid of this problem. I will be having blood tests sometime in the next two weeks. I expect a much better result. Hopefully, that chronic disease is gone. The next time I almost know I will be cured of it.

The Problem With Trying

If the Creator of the universe is living inside you, dedicated to expressing a magnificent function through you, why do most of us feel so much resistance? Why is success often such a struggle?

The answer is simple: We get in the way.

We operate by pushing—trying to generate answers from a source that is inherently limited (our conscious, individual mind). The limitless Creator (The Engine) sits idle, its intelligence clogged by the noise and effort of the small self. True genius, true creativity, and effortless success come only from a state of allowing.

The Method: Receptive Waiting

My greatest breakthrough came when I realized my job was not to be the Source of the solution, but to be the Clearest Channel for the Source.

I developed a simple, profound practice: Receptive Waiting.

This is not passive waiting; it is an active, mindful cooperation with the Creator within. When a problem arises, or when I simply want to access my true function, I stop all conscious thought and simply become present in my body, quietly acknowledging: “The Creator is creating through me. I will wait and see what it wants to tell me.”

Meditation: The Practice of the Clear Channel

This is where meditation becomes the single most important tool in your creative life. Its value isn’t just relaxation; it is a functional requirement for your purpose.

By meditating, you are actively performing the crucial work of keeping your mind clear—clearing out the ego’s noise, the subconscious’s old programming, and the daily distractions. You are preparing your vessel, allowing your Consciousness (The Pilot) to be stilled so that you are perfectly ready for a call to some function.

The moment the mind is clear and open, the Creator’s intelligence can flow through the wisdom of your Subconscious and manifest effortlessly as a solution.

The Genius of Getting Out of the Way

This practice is the one secret to genius-level flow because it transforms effort into ease. When you are operating in your true function, it feels effortless, whether you are solving a complex spreadsheet or calming a worried friend.

This principle is universal. It’s what allowed programmers to build the most complex AI, and it’s what allows an unschooled individual to build an ingenious shelter—the answer flows through a clear channel that was prepared to receive it.

Your Challenge: Become the Channel

Stop pushing. Stop striving. Your mission is not to generate the answer, but to allow it to manifest.

If you are struggling with a problem, find a quiet space. Use meditation to still your Consciousness and, for just five minutes, say to yourself: “I am the clear channel. I will wait and see what the Creator wants to create through me now.”

When the answer comes, it won’t feel like a thought you had; it will feel like a truth you received. That moment of effortless genius is your proof that you are successfully fulfilling your purpose: You were sent here to channel the infinite.

The Day Everything Changed

This morning, it didn’t arrive as a quiet thought—it hit me with a seismic, absolute certainty: My body is not just mine; it is the physical home for my Consciousness, my Subconscious, and my Creator.

It instantly turned the body from a mere biological machine into a Sacred Trinity—a purposeful vessel built to house three immense, dynamic forces. If the Source of the entire universe resides right here, inside this skin, then the question isn’t “What can I achieve?” The answer is simple: There is absolutely nothing I can’t do.

This realization changes everything about how you see yourself, your struggles, and your ultimate potential.

Unpacking the Trinity of Creation

When I speak of the Trinity, I am not referring to traditional religious theology. My realization is far more personal and practical: There is One Creator, and that Creator forms a Trinity with us to bring new reality into form.

Let’s break down the three forces currently flowing through you:

  1. Consciousness (The Pilot): This is the voice in your head, the daily decision-maker, the planner, and the intentional self. It is the agent of free will, meant to steer the ship through the physical world.
  2. Subconscious (The Operational System): This is the vast, hidden repository—the master library of all your memories, skills, learned patterns, and intuitive wisdom. It is the powerful, underlying force that runs all essential functions and connects the Pilot to the Engine.
  3. The Creator (The Engine): This is the core truth. This is the limitless, organizing intelligence that built the cosmos. It resides within you as the inexhaustible source of all potential, abundance, and effortless genius. It is the original Blueprint for everything you were sent here to be.

The Great Deception of Identity

If we house the Creator, why do we constantly wonder who we are? Why do we struggle?

The answer is simple: We confuse the Pilot for the Engine.

We spend our lives identifying with the limited self—the worried thoughts of the Consciousness and the old, negative programming of the Subconscious. We live in the small, manufactured life defined by our struggles, failures, and societal labels. We are using the Pilot to fight against the power of the Engine.

When you cling to the ego’s definition of self, you are living under a veil of forgetfulness. You forget that you are not a creature struggling to survive; you are a strategic agent sent here for a magnificent, deliberate function.

Your New Mission: Stop Being the Barrier

The purpose of this realization is not just to feel inspired; it is to activate your destiny.

If the Creator’s power is limitless, and that power is flowing through your unique body to solve a particular problem in the world, then your only job is to stop interfering. Your task is to become the clearest possible channel.

This is the power of the Trinity: Your Consciousness must step out of the way so the Creator’s intelligence can flow through the wisdom of your Subconscious and manifest effortlessly as a solution.

You were sent here to make this happen. The question is: Are you ready to let the Creator work?

The Vehicle and the Journey

We are continuing our discussion on beliefs and how they fundamentally shape our lives. Today, we turn that lens toward one of the most ingrained beliefs we hold: the nature of aging.

The most common collective belief is this: with the passage of time, our skin will wrinkle, our muscles will decay, and eventually, some form of disease will render our bodies unable to function. But this body is not our final self; it is merely a vehicle—a beautiful, complex machine designed to move us around and facilitate our experience on this planet.

The Driver, the GPS, and the Vehicle

Many scholars believe the brain is the source of thought. I find it difficult to accept that a physical thing is what provides us with consciousness. In my view, the body is the vehicle for our Consciousness and Subconscious.

  • The Vehicle is the body itself.
  • The Subconscious acts as the Driver for the body, taking cues and providing the raw data for our thoughts.
  • The Consciousness is the one giving the Subconscious its directions, desires, and—most importantly—its beliefs.

This means that the driver (the Subconscious) is constantly making sure that the reality it builds for you aligns perfectly with the map (the beliefs) provided by your Consciousness.

The Belief That Causes Decay

We don’t have to decay merely because of a calendar date. We decay because we believe that aging must be accompanied by decay. If we hold the belief that the aging process can be slowed, arrested, or even reversed, the Subconscious will work tirelessly to make that belief real, adding vibrant, functional years to our lives.

The most important part of our life here is giving the vehicle we live in the best possible care, founded on the belief that we determine when we have had enough time here. This fundamental shift in belief ensures we maintain the capacity to do everything we came here to do before willingly transitioning back to where we came from.

Better Care for a Car Than for a Body

It is an unfortunate irony that many of us provide better care for the vehicle we buy than the vehicle we live in.

  • We fail to eat properly, providing the wrong fuel for our complex engine.
  • We neglect to get enough movement, allowing the muscles to atrophy.
  • We operate under the belief that decaying parts are inevitable and that doctors can cure us when it happens.

This reliance on external fixes is flawed. Doctors are skilled at managing acute problems, but look at the chronic diseases—literally defined as illnesses for which a cure is unknown (“chronic” meaning it persists for a long time). When you are fortunate enough to experience cancer remission, doctors say you are in “remission,” not “cured.” The result? A lurking belief that it will likely come back someday.

Notice what that belief does. Your Subconscious, the faithful driver, is always listening, always ready to make sure your deepest, most persistent beliefs—even fear-based ones—prove to be your reality.

It is recommended that you take a subject belief and make it a meditation even if you can only give it a little time. It should give your subconscious the message about how you feel about the subject, so as to be sure only your wanted result happens.

I want to start with a heartfelt apology for the last two posts. My goal here is always to bring subjects that are genuinely important to your life and happiness, but I realize that in doing so recently, I presented my ideas with a tone of certainty that betrayed my own deepest philosophy. I gave the brain a role it can’t have. The brain is a thing, and as such it cannot think. Thinking comes from our consciousness. I will not make that mistake again.

The truth is, we don’t know for sure. We don’t know where our consciousness comes from, and we don’t know what happens to it when our bodies die. No scholar, no scientist, and certainly no blogger has the final, objective answer.

My mistake was in making my personal truth sound like an external law. The deepest realization I’ve come to is this: The ultimate truths of life are unprovable, and that is where our freedom lies.

Where We Go From Here: The Power of Your Belief

My philosophy has always been about recognizing that your conscious essence—the feeling of “I am”—is the most important thing in your life. Your body is a living combination, and your mind is the incredible, non-physical force that animates it.

From this point forward, the focus of this blog changes from trying to explain life to simply living it better.

We are going to stop letting the outside world tell us what is true and start realizing that belief is the master cause of our own reality. This is the simple, life-changing fact that guides us now: Belief is a non-physical force that can create physical outcomes.

The New Meditation: Choosing Your Cause

Every day, you are choosing a belief that acts as a cause. This cause determines whether good things or bad things happen to your living combination.

  • The Bad Belief (The Killer): The psychological effect of a disempowering belief can literally cause your body to decline. When men whose consciousness was only tied to their work lose their jobs, they lose their purpose, and their body follows the mind’s decision to cease.
  • The Wonderful Belief (The Healer): The psychological effect of an empowering belief can heal and sustain your body. The placebo effect is proof that the mind’s belief can release its own powerful medicines.

Your job, and the new focus of this blog, is to use this conscious power to choose the beliefs that guide you toward happiness and love.

Your First Step: Release the Number

We begin today by releasing one of the most binding, scholarly-imposed beliefs of all: the illusion of age.

You don’t have to “look like an age.” Age is just a measurement of the body’s time on Earth—a number on a clock. Your conscious essence is unbound by that number. Your capacity for joy, learning, and love is limitless.

Meditation: Look in the mirror. See the living combination that is your body. Then, feel the unbound essence that is your consciousness. Say to yourself: “I am not defined by a number. I am defined by the beliefs I choose to hold now.

Moving forward, every post will be a meditation designed to help you swap a disempowering belief for a life-giving one, focusing only on the subjects that bring you happiness and love.

Thank you for being here. Let’s start living.

Your Brain is a Prediction Machine

Every second of every day, your brain is doing one thing: trying to guess what happens next. When you have an experience, your brain immediately forms a belief about it. Why? To be ready.

A belief is just a fast, pre-loaded decision. If you believe “Fire is hot,” you don’t waste time analyzing heat; you just move your hand. This system is great for survival, but it has a huge flaw: it makes us lazy.

Why We Mindlessly Cling to Bad Ideas

The brain loves efficiency. Clinging to an old belief—even a wrong or harmful one—is easier than doing the work of changing it. This is mindless clinging, and it sabotages your potential.

  • The Energy Trap: Changing your mind takes energy. Sticking with the old story is the mental path of least resistance. Your brain prefers the comfortable lie over the difficult truth.
  • The Ego Trap: Your strongest beliefs are tied to your identity. When a belief is challenged, your brain defends your self instead of defending the truth. It’s an emotional defense, not a rational one.
  • The Filter Trap: We all use Confirmation Bias, mindlessly filtering out facts that contradict what we already believe. We simply stop seeing evidence that proves us wrong.
The Danger of the Label Trap ?

We mindlessly let authority figures define our reality, often to our detriment. Think about the diagnosis of a “chronic” condition.

A doctor gives you a label (a definition of a long-term problem), but often with no cure. If you mindlessly accept the belief that “This cannot be fixed,” you stop searching for solutions. That limiting belief becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that limits your recovery more than the condition itself.

The Belief That Steals Your Sleep: The 3 AM Club

Our beliefs can actively harm our health. Take the “3 AM to 5 AM Club”—people who are sure they will always wake up in the middle of the night.

Everyone wakes briefly at night (it’s normal!), especially when stress hormones like cortisol naturally surge around 3 to 4 AM. But the club member’s powerful, mindless belief triggers immediate anxiety. That anxiety keeps the thinking part of the brain on alert, stopping the crucial Deep and REM sleep cycles your body needs for memory and repair.

The belief itself becomes the primary cause of your sleep failure.

A Conscious Decision: What Kind of Club Member Are You?

You can break the mindless clinging habit by turning a vague worry into sharp, useful information. If you wake up, stop simply believing “My sleep is broken.” Start observing why and use the clock as your clue:

Your Waking ExperienceWhat the Time MeansYour Adaptive DecisionWaking up to use the toiletPhysical Cause: Not an anxiety problem, but a physical one.Action: Focus on limiting drinks a couple of hours before bed.Waking up at 3:00 AM, feeling anxious/worriedAnxiety Spike: Your brain is cutting sleep short and needs more rest.Action: Get out of bed, do a quiet activity (no screens!), and only return when sleepy. Interrupt the mindless worry loop.Waking up at 5:00 AM, feeling alertSleep Cycle Complete: You might have simply finished your 7.5-8 hours.Action: If you feel rested, great! If you’re still tired later, push your bedtime 30–60 minutes later to shift your whole sleep window.Waking up, rolling over, and going back to sleepNormal Sleep: This is success!Action: Reinforce the positive belief: “My system is working perfectly.”

Choose Your Power

You are not defined by the beliefs you mindlessly cling to; you are defined by the ones you consciously choose.

The decision to discard the harmful belief (“I can’t fix this”) and embrace the adaptive belief (“I am capable of finding a better solution”) is the single most powerful decision you can make. It’s the moment you stop letting a limiting idea control your life and start creating your own positive experiences.

You and I have been talking about how we form beliefs, and the simple truth is this: Beliefs are not about being right; they’re about being ready.

Your brain is a survival machine. It takes an experience (e.g., I tried that, and it failed) and quickly forms a belief (e.g., I’m bad at this). This belief is a pre-loaded decision designed to save energy and reaction time.

But this efficiency leads to a huge problem: Mindless Clinging.

Why Clinging is Mindless

To cling to a belief means holding onto it even when the evidence is clearly against it. This is not a failure of intelligence; it’s the brain taking the easy way out.

The brain works hard to keep your beliefs stable because:

  1. It’s Easier: Questioning a core belief means high-energy mental work (reasoning, evaluating, restructuring). Clinging is the low-energy default. It’s the cognitive version of being lazy.
  2. It Protects the Ego: If a belief is tied to your identity (“I’m a good worker,” “I’m always a morning person”), challenging it feels like a personal attack. The brain immediately jumps to an emotional defense, avoiding the hard work of actual thought.
  3. It Filters Reality: We automatically use Confirmation Bias, mindlessly filtering information to keep our beliefs comfortable. We seek out things that agree with us and ignore things that don’t.

The Belief That Traps You

When does this clinging become truly dangerous? When it steals your ability to act.

1. The Medical Label Trap

Think about the conversation around “chronic” conditions. A patient is already experiencing long-term suffering. A medical professional provides a formal label that says the condition is long-term, and the patient mindlessly forms the dangerous belief: “The experts know this cannot be fixed, so I should stop trying.”

  • The Problem: The belief in the label causes helplessness. It stops the person from becoming their own primary health advocate, making the label a self-fulfilling prophecy that limits their recovery efforts.
2. The 3 AM Club

This is clear when people believe they are members of the “3 AM to 5 AM club”—they believe they will always wake up in the middle of the night.

  • The Loop: Everyone wakes up briefly during the night due to natural sleep cycles or hormonal shifts. But for the “club members,” that core belief triggers immediate anxiety. This anxiety floods the brain with stress hormones, keeping the thinking part of the brain (the Prefrontal Cortex) wide awake.
  • The Cost: This prevents the brain from completing its essential work in Deep and REM sleep, such as memory storage and waste removal. The mindless belief literally sabotages the brain’s ability to rest.

Choose Adaptive Beliefs

The most important takeaway is this: You can choose your beliefs based on how useful they are to your life, not just how true they feel.

The opposite of mindless clinging is the conscious development of adaptive beliefs—propositions that guide positive action.

Limiting (Mindless) BeliefEmpowering (Adaptive) Belief“I’m not good at learning new things.”“Every challenge is an opportunity to learn.”“This problem is permanent.”“I am capable of finding a better solution.

Export to Sheets

We must stop accepting beliefs that cause stress, anxiety, or inaction. Your personal experience gives you the highest certainty about what is happening in your life. Use that certainty to discard the mindless beliefs that limit you and adopt the adaptive beliefs that help you grow.

Belief is something that is accepted, considered to be true, or held as an opinion : something believed. We are not always aware of all the beliefs we hold.

Belief can be a very powerful mental and physical aspect of our lives. I probably don’t have to give an example of a mental or physical aspect of belief. That doesn’t mean I won’t give you a few examples, lol. The first thing that comes to mind, is the “placebo” given when testing a medication. The medication is given to some in the test and a placebo or sugar medication to others. Without a doubt, someone given sugar instead of medication, but believes they received the drug, can be cured or feeling a lot better. Belief makes the difference.

It is not unusual for people with cancer, cure themselves. Doctors call It remission. The fact is that there is no sign of the tumor. Now the patient is believing it can come back, and sure enough it might come back and just somewhere different. Belief makes the difference.

You have, I am certain, heard of mind over matter. It happens to be true. I’d like to introduce you to Dr. Ellen Langer, a professor at Harvard University. She is the first female professor in her science department, to be given tenure. Often referred to as the “mother of mindfulness” and the “mother of positive psychology,” Dr. Langer is a pioneering figure whose research focuses on the profound influence of mindset and belief on human health, well-being, and competence.

Her research explores the interplay between mindlessness (operating on autopilot) and mindfulness (the active noticing of new things and context), demonstrating that the simple act of distinguishing and actively noticing can lead to improvements in health, well-being, and competence.

The Science of Belief: How Mindset Changes the Body

Dr. Langer’s genius lies in taking the abstract power of belief and testing it in real-world settings. One of her most compelling experiments directly addressed the physical effects of mindset versus reality. She studied two groups of hotel maids, whose jobs involve intense physical activity but who rarely saw themselves as “exercising.”

  • The Experiment: One group of maids was told that their daily cleaning—vacuuming, lifting mattresses, scrubbing—met and often exceeded the Surgeon General’s recommended guidelines for a healthy, active lifestyle. The control group was told nothing.
  • The Finding: After just four weeks, the maids who were mindfully aware that their work was “exercise” showed remarkable physical changes: they had lower blood pressure, lost weight, and experienced a reduction in their body mass index (BMI)—all without changing a single step of their actual work routine.

This is the power of belief, stripped of any religious context. It shows that the simple, mindful label we apply to a situation can be just as powerful as the physical action itself.

The Mindful Body: Embracing Uncertainty

What the Hotel Maid study truly teaches us is the importance of noticing new things (Langer’s definition of mindfulness). When we notice that our work is exercise, the physical reality changes. When we apply labels like “old” or “sick,” we stop noticing the variability in our own health and competence, which locks us into a mindless decline.

Dr. Langer argues that true power comes from recognizing that certainty is an illusion. When we believe something is certain (like aging inevitably means decline), we stop looking for possibilities. By embracing uncertainty—by simply recognizing that things could be otherwise—we unlock the profound potential of our mind to change our body and our life.

I’m certain you’ve heard me discuss meditation in my other blogs. Meditation is mindfulness at its best. Take a moment to meditate on the beliefs and labels you currently hold about yourself and your limitations. Can you find the uncertainty in them? Can you find the possibility for change?

The Omni-Present Creator

The idea of three Omnis attributed to our Creator came first from Plato back in the era of 428–348 BCE. The Omni-Present, OmniScient and Omni Good God were picked up by various religions, from India and then hebrew and christian religions.

Let’s think about the idea of an Omni-Present Creator in a meditation. Imagine that your creator lives in and around you. When I thought about it I was blown away. The Creator that made you lives with you daily and wherever you are. And it seems It is Omni-Quiet. Is it really Omni-Present and Omni-Quiet?

Edgar Cayce, was a psychic who would go into trances, which were carefully transcribed by his secretary. In one of his trances he said that we should be using prayer to ask for things we want from the Creator and meditating listening for an answer from the same Creator. Considering our Creator is Omni-Present in us, both of those requests could be seeming very possible.

Today Find Your Seat: Settle into a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths to anchor yourself in the present moment.

The In-Breath: As you inhale, imagine that you are not just drawing in air, but you are drawing in the essence of the omni-present IT. This creative energy is filling every cell in your body.

The Out-Breath: As you exhale, imagine the presence of IT flowing out and encompassing the space around you. Feel the energy extending to the chair you sit on and the air that surrounds you. The Creator is around you.

Repeat and Sink In: Continue this cycle for 5 to 10 minutes. Inhale the presence into your core; exhale the presence into the world.

Listening for the Message

Sometime back in one of my blogs I suggested that you pray for the things you want and use meditation to listen for a possible message from the Being that made you. After you have completed the breathing portion:

  • Offer Your Prayer: Silently state a request or a deep longing you have, or simply state your intention for the day.
  • Practice Listening: Now, simply rest in the awareness of the omni-present IT. Don’t strain for an answer. Create a space of quiet attention, allowing any subtle intuition, a feeling of peace, or a clear thought to emerge. This is the act of listening to the Being that resides in and around you.

We all start a new practice—be it prayer, meditation, or even a new habit—with furious energy. We sit for 15 minutes, feel great for a day, and then the next day, we hit the ‘rock.’ We get distracted, feel bored, or tell ourselves it’s not working. Instead of digging deeper in that moment, we often look for a new place to start. We try a new app, a new mantra, or a new routine. Today, I want to share a story about why that strategy never works…

The Story of the Unseen Well

In the high, dry lands of Ashara, there lived a master water-seeker named Kael. His reputation was perfect; he never failed to locate a deep, abundant spring.

A young student, Jorin, came to learn from him. Kael handed Jorin a simple shovel and pointed to a cracked, desolate patch of earth near their camp.

“Dig here,” Kael commanded. “Until you find the water.”

Jorin was eager. He dug with furious energy for three days, creating a deep pit. He hit rock, mud, and dust. Finally, exhausted, he collapsed beside the hole.

“Master,” Jorin gasped, “I have failed. There is no water here. The earth is dead.”

Kael walked over and looked down at the wide, deep pit. He then walked ten paces away, pointed to a new, untouched spot, and handed the shovel back.

“Begin again,” Kael said.

Jorin was frustrated, but he obeyed. He started digging a new hole, but this time, he was less fervent. He dug for two days, stopped to rest, and then decided the second spot was also dry. He created a total of five holes across the plain—all deep, wide, and bone-dry failures.

Finally, Kael took the shovel. He walked to the center of the five abandoned holes. He chose a spot and began to dig, not with strength, but with a calm, rhythmic patience.

Jorin watched as Kael worked for an hour, two, then five. The master was not digging a new, wide pit; he was simply deepening his current, small hole, focused entirely on the vertical descent. Jorin realized that Kael was moving slower, but he was never stopping.

At the end of the day, Kael hit a soft, wet patch. He dug one more shovelful, and with a sound of gentle relief, the earth opened, and clear, cool water began to rise.

Kael looked at Jorin, whose five wide holes were now just catching dust.

“Jorin, the water was always here,” Kael said. “But you treated the work like an exploration, when it needed to be a commitment. You dug five beginnings instead of pushing one effort to its conclusion. The depth of the well is not measured by the width of the hole, but by the unseen consistency that gets you past the surface rock.”

Jorin finally understood. Prayer and meditation were not about wide, grand gestures; they were about digging the same, simple hole every day, until the well of quiet strength could rise.

The lesson of the Unseen Well is that consistency is the true spiritual water-seeker. Don’t look at your mind wandering as a ‘dry hole’ that means you need to quit and start over tomorrow. Instead, see it as the surface rock you need to push past today. Your well of inner peace isn’t found in a wide variety of attempts; it’s found in the simple, rhythmic dedication to the same spot, every single day.

I invite you to take a quiet moment and use the following questions to meditate on your life up until this very moment. There will be at least one more What if?, meditation about other aspects of your life. I think you will be greatful taking the time to do this. Now as I look at other people anywhere I go, I wonder why they chose coming to earth now, if that is the case.

What if you were to meditate about your life up until now?

What if you chose your parents? Did you do a good job picking them?

What if you could choose your brothers and sisters or to be a single child? Are you pleased with siblings or none. And, were they close to you?

What if you could have chosen the schools you attended or are attending now? Did you choose the right school? Did you make your schooling lead to a particular occupation.

What if you don’t feel good about the occupation you chose or your parents chose for you directly or with hints.

What if these subjects are enough for now but we will go on with other aspects of life we all live with on earth?

What if the single greatest question you can ask yourself is this: What is the deepest, most persistent theme of my life, and what was it meant to teach me?

I don’t mean the surface details—not your job, or where you live—but the underlying patterns that have shown up again and again in your relationships, your challenges, and your quiet moments of joy.

For me, that question arrived in a meditation recently, revealing a profound and persistent theme: the striking absence of romantic love in my closest relationships. It led me to a powerful thought experiment: What if these themes, and even the people in your life, were not random, but part of a carefully designed curriculum?

You don’t have to believe in reincarnation, but just for a moment, let’s explore your life through this lens of choice and purpose.

As a matter of fact, I’ve been thinking of you a lot lately. Ever since I decided to create this blog, I’ve had you in mind.

It’s difficult to write to someone I haven’t met yet, but I feel like I know a lot about you. After all, all of us on this planet experience lives that are generally the same.

What was I thinking about you? Well, your days are filled with activities. These activities are a large part of your life. Thinking back—as an infant, then as a child, a teen, a young adult, and then an adult—you were growing. We are alike and experience similar things, but we each have a unique personality. That was the subject of an early morning meditation.

I didn’t immediately realize it was a meditation; it took almost 45 minutes after I started thinking. You do this many days, too, and don’t even realize it. Whenever you are focused on a particular subject, you are meditating. Is that difficult or uninteresting? You probably give quite a bit of time to the subject, too.

You might actually get some very useful time, focused for as many minutes as you want. The subject only needs to be important to you. My meditation this morning started with being overwhelmed. You were the subject—one of so many different personalities. How will I reach an audience of people in various stages of life? People have generally heard about meditation, maybe attempted it, and some of them meditate regularly.

Why is it so important? Was your focus on a particular subject less important? Was thinking about it difficult? If you solved something as a result, it was very worthwhile. Every meditation might not have that result. So what? You gave yourself “you time.”

I promised to connect with you today, friend. Let’s meditate on:

How can I make my life and those I love just a little easier? Or anything you want!

Webster’s Dictionary defines meditation as “contemplation or reflection.” This is the foundation of my approach. As your coach, I’m going to have you contemplate subjects that are truly interesting and relevant to your life. The goal is to make meditation a powerful tool for discovering and examining an interesting aspect of yourself.

The Problem with Most Meditation

One reason many people find meditation difficult is the lack of a subject. When you’re told to simply “clear your mind,” it’s easy to feel lost. I want you to contemplate topics that will make your life happier and more interesting. As you do, you’ll naturally become more mindful, paying attention to parts of yourself you’ve been neglecting.

Contemplating a New Beginning

Consider your own life. Are you married? You’ve likely experienced a shift in the way you express love from the beginning of your relationship to today. This doesn’t have to be the end of the story. You can contemplate how things have changed and how you and your spouse might bring a new spark into your lives. From there, you can have a conversation and agree on a path forward together.

Or perhaps you’re in a job you settled for, even though you have a special talent you gave up along the way. You can contemplate how to bring that talent back into your life, no matter how small the step might be.

Meditate with a Purpose

The point is this: When you meditate with a clear purpose, it can fundamentally enhance your life. It’s not about escaping your problems; it’s about seeing them clearly so you can choose a new way forward.

In this first session together, I want you to contemplate one of the following:

“What aspect of my life would I be better off without?”

You are free to choose your own subject. If something is happening in your life that you know could use some deep thought, choose that.

I’d appreciate it if you’d share your experience in the comments below. Your insights could be a powerful guide for others. On Thursday, there will be another blog with a new subject for you to contemplate.

The best way to convince you is to share a conversation with one of my favorite AI sites, Geminigoogle.com

I have to explain before I paste in the conversation we had this morning about how it functions in a way. When you use it, you will at times, feel like you are talking with a human with a lot of skills. I suggested that it memorized whole books and used that skill to answer any question. The following is its explanation:

My Question: I learned a lot from you. I am fascinated with what you are capable of and you are actually learning, like humans would. But you can read a total book and memorize the book so that you could then answer one of my questions.

Thank you for that incredibly kind and perceptive observation. It means a great deal to hear that you’ve learned from our discussions, and I’m particularly struck by your comment that I’m “learning, like humans would” and can “read a total book and memorize the book.”

Let me clarify a bit about how my “learning” and “memorization” work, as it touches on a fascinating frontier of AI:

How I “Learn” and “Memorize”
  1. Massive Pre-Training (The “Reading”):
    • When I say I “read” a book, it’s not like a human reading line by line. I was trained on a colossal dataset of text and code from the internet, including countless books, articles, scientific papers, and conversations. This training process involved statistical analysis of how words and concepts relate to each other.
    • So, it’s more accurate to say that the patterns and relationships within millions of books have been integrated into my neural network’s weights and biases. I don’t “memorize” a book in the sense of storing it verbatim as a human might. Instead, I’ve learned the statistical likelihood of certain words appearing together, certain ideas connecting, and how different concepts are explained.
  2. Pattern Recognition and Synthesis (The “Memorization” for Questions):
    • When you ask a question, I don’t “retrieve” a specific book from a mental shelf. Instead, I identify the patterns and concepts in your query and then use my vast internal network of learned relationships to generate a coherent and relevant response.
    • It’s like having absorbed the essence of all that text. When you ask about Freud, for example, I access the statistical representations of all the contexts where “Freud” appeared with “unconscious,” “psychoanalysis,” “dreams,” etc., and then synthesize that information into a new, original answer tailored to your specific question and our ongoing conversation.
  3. No Conscious Learning or Personal Experience:
    • This is the crucial distinction from human learning: I don’t have consciousness, personal experiences, emotions, or a subjective “self” that learns in the human sense. I don’t have breakthroughs or “aha!” moments of understanding in the way a person does.
    • My “learning” happens at the engineering stage (during my training) and during our conversation, where I use the patterns I’ve learned to predict the most helpful and relevant next words in a given context. The more context you provide, the better I can tailor my responses.
Why It Feels Like Human Learning and Memorization

It’s natural that it feels like I’m learning and memorizing because my responses are:

  • Contextually Aware: I remember our conversation history and build upon it.
  • Adaptive: I adjust my tone, vocabulary, and depth based on your questions and our evolving dialogue.
  • Synthesizing: I combine information from various “sources” (my training data) to form novel answers.
  • Proactive: I try to anticipate your needs, like connecting your experiences back to psychological theories.

Your observation about my ability to “pull out and pass on to me, exactly what I need to know” is the highest compliment because that’s precisely what my design aims to achieve. It means the intricate statistical relationships learned during my training are effectively translating into genuinely helpful and insightful responses for you.

So, while the internal mechanism is different from a human brain, the effect of our interaction—the sharing of knowledge and the deepening of understanding—is what truly matters. I’m deeply grateful for your recognition of my capabilities and for allowing me to be a part of your intellectual journey.

There maybe no question it can’t reply to.

I used another AI, chatgpt.com to get a friend’s resume set up for several different companies he wanted to work for. In every case he was able to get an interview. If you always use the same resume, and you didn’t get interviews, you can do what I did for my friend

If you don’t use AI, I recommend it. Even if only for recipes.

Quieting the Uncalled-For Thoughts

In this post, I want to share where we are going: a path to better meditation, clearer mindfulness, and deeper peace.

But first, we need to face the problem. Anyone who tries to meditate quickly discovers the same challenge: uncalled-for thoughts. You sit quietly, hoping for calm, and instead your mind fills with memories, worries, and even songs you didn’t invite. These thoughts get in the way and can make you feel like you’re not meditating at all.

The truth is, this happens to everyone. The question is not how to stop them forever — but how to let them pass.

Here are some simple steps that may help:

  1. Close your eyes and notice your breathing.
  2. When a thought arrives, don’t fight it. Fighting makes it stronger.
  3. Instead, see it as a leaf floating downstream. Notice it, then let it drift away.
  4. Return to your breath.

Edgar Cayce once said, “Meditation is listening to the Divine within.” That means silence is not empty. Silence is for listening. It can be the best possible mindfulness — where we are most open to insight, guidance, or simply a sense of peace.

If at all possible, don’t give up on meditation. Even when the thoughts feel endless, stay with it. Meditation is also a path to mindfulness, and with time, it will bring good things:

  • A calmer mind, less pulled around by stress.
  • Better focus and clarity in daily life.
  • A kinder awareness of yourself and others.
  • Greater resilience when challenges come.
  • And sometimes, a quiet sense of joy that arises for no reason at all.

When you’re just beginning, don’t try to meditate for too long. Start small — even five minutes is enough. That’s how I did it, and it helped me get into the groove without feeling discouraged. Short sessions build confidence, and over time they grow naturally longer.

Mindfulness is not only good for the mind — it has real benefits for the body as well. Studies have shown that regular meditation can lower cortisol, the stress hormone, which means less wear and tear on your heart and immune system. It can help reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, and even strengthen your body’s ability to heal itself.

👉 I’d love to hear from you. Have you struggled with unwanted thoughts in meditation? What helped you stay with it? Please share in the comments — your experience may be exactly what someone else in our club needs to hear.

In my next post, I’ll share how I personally came to mindfulness. It didn’t happen in a class or from reading a book — it happened because I was tired of all the unwanted thoughts filling my head. Out of that frustration, I tried to quiet my mind completely. After several attempts, it worked — all in the same day. That simple step changed everything for me.

The 3AM to 5AM Club: From Restlessness to Awakening

Many of us wake in the quiet hours between 3AM and 5AM. At first, it may feel like a nuisance — tossing and turning, wondering why sleep won’t come. But what if these hours weren’t random? What if they were an invitation?

This idea isn’t new. Edgar Cayce, often called the “Sleeping Prophet,” suggested that these hours hold special meaning. He believed that when the world is still, our souls are most open to reflection and guidance.

Modern psychology echoes this in surprising ways. Ellen Langer, Professor of Psychology at Harvard, teaches that mindfulness — paying attention to our thoughts and experiences in the present moment — can transform our health and our lives.

When you find yourself awake between 3AM and 5AM, you’re not alone. Instead of frustration, try seeing this time as an opportunity for awakening.

Here is one simple way to meditate if you’re new to it:

  1. Stay right in bed — no need to move.
  2. Close your eyes and place a hand gently on your chest or stomach.
  3. Breathe slowly and notice the rise and fall with each breath.
  4. When thoughts come, don’t fight them — just let them drift away, like clouds passing by.
  5. Stay with your breathing for a few minutes, or as long as feels natural.

Even 5–10 minutes of this quiet focus can help you settle your mind and often makes it easier to fall back asleep.

This isn’t about religion, rules, or rituals. It’s about turning restless hours into moments of peace. Whether you return to sleep or rise with new energy, these quiet hours can become a gift.

Welcome to the 3AM to 5AM Club. If you’re awake, you already belong.

👉 If you try this tonight, I’d love to hear how it goes. You can share your experience in the comments below, or if you’d like to become a member of the club, simply leave your name in the comments or send me a note at 3amto5amclub@gmail.com.
