This is the whole US-Iran war in a nut. Any other points are sophistry. Obama achieved #1 and Trump ripped it up, and #2 was never a problem until Trump decided to start this war. That’s it. There was no crisis but now there is.

I installed the White House app on my Android phone, and just like on iOS, the only permission it asks for is to send notifications. Never even asks for location privileges.

@MisterMoo What in the world are you talking about? His surname Griffiths is singular so it takes ‘s to make possessive. Some style guides make exceptions for “biblical names”, by which they mean “Jesus” and “Moses”, but that’s dumb.
As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac El Dorado.
As sidenote, it’s a fascinating example of Trader Joe’s inscrutable, idiosyncratic branding that the labels and branding for these two look nothing alike.

Verdict: Excellent. Both chocolates taste like chocolate, and the peanut butter is creamy and smooth, you know, like peanut butter. Not the sand-and-sawdust mix that Hershey fills Reese’s cups with now.
@mwichary You’ve got me spooked! I use Cut all the time in Notes.
@mwichary Having cut text not appear on the clipboard is one of the worst bugs I’ve ever heard of. I can’t recall that happening to me, even once, in any app, all the way back to System 6.
I’m sure it happened to you. But I’m thinking there might be third-party software to blame? Your clipboard history manager? Since posting this, have you heard from others who’ve experienced it?
If this were a bug in Notes and Notes alone, I can’t help but feel I’d have seen more about it.
